Service sucks, couldn’t get help while staff looking at me and my daughter to place an order. We stood at the counter to order for 15 minutes with NO help at all. I recommend shutting the doors if it can’t handle the work load.
Placed a mobile order for inside pickup. Dining room was listed on the door as opening at 7am. I was refused entry at 7:08am to pick up food I had paid for. 10 cars in drive thru and I had done inside pickup due to time constraints so I left without food after my card had been charged. Chargeback is being processed by American Express.

McDonald's restaurant received mixed reviews. While the food and cleanliness were generally satisfactory, there were issues with slow service and staff behavior. One customer mentioned slow service at night, with one employee appearing preoccupied, and another employee not cleaning a spilled drink. The fries were also reported as not hot. Another customer mentioned feeling queasy after eating, but it had been a long time since they last visited McDonald's. Overall, the restaurant did not meet the usual standard of cleanliness and food quality that the reviewers were used to. This is an ok place but service varies a lot based on the Manager at service at time of visit. Sometimes its beyond expectation like you get napkins, ketchup, mustard etc without being asked for and other time you will get your custom burger even given as same as without customisation. Drive through is quick most of time but what you get that is not guaranteed, you may end up getting cold burger. Kids like French fries and Chicken Nuggets from here. Kids love to play in the play area inside. Nice place and Ambience. Plenty of Parking. Very much affordable. Service is nice. The manager at this location went above and beyond to help with the smallest of issues. Clean, organized and well ran.
