Went thru drive thru and waited 20 minutes. The order was messed up, so now sitting in drive thru again for 20 minutes. It’s honestly worth the drive to go to the Bethelview one.

Went through the drive-through like any other morning and got a number five with a large sweet tea. Was given an unsweet tea, but when going back through the drive-through and requesting a replacement, the manager tried the sweet tea inside the drive-through area that was already in the urn and said oh man, it is really sweet. Assuming I was lying about getting the wrong drink, and continually told me that the tea was sweet. Honey, I’ve lived in Georgia for the last 26 years of my life and you gave me unsweet tea. Tired of these arrogant fast food workers when I was very kind about just wanting a replacement.

I was here about a week ago for the first time since summer begin. I've been coming here for years for lunch every Monday and Thursday. I ordered the same thing that I always do but never got it because somehow it got picked up by somebody else but the manager would not listen to the worker that was trying to explain to her my food was not at the counter. I ended up having to leave without ever getting my lunch I will never eat here again as long as the red-headed manager is there

The manager, Juan, got upset at one of his colleagues for making my DoorDash order when I’m standing right here waiting for it. Do better Juan, that girls just trying to respect my time.
I had to wait for my order for 30 minutes, meanwhile everyone else got their orders before me, I counted approximately 12 cars get their orders before I had mine. I don’t normally review but this was my worst experience in 20 years

Waited 40 minutes for a single meal and a coffee at lunch. No one cared about the delay. This place is horrible. Trash was overflowing. Never again. Stay away from this place.

This is one of the better McDonald's I've been to. the employees are pretty good and the ice cream machine is almost always in service. I would recommend here for McDonald's if you are by it.
