I had an amazing experience at Moe’s yesterday. The food was delicious as always, but what really stood out was the exceptional service I received. Orhan, one of the employees, was super nice and went out of his way to help me out. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed. His positive attitude really enhanced my visit. I’ll definitely be coming back again. 5/5 for both the food and the service!

If you haven’t been to Moe’s yet, you are missing out on the culinary equivalent of skydiving while hugging a unicorn. And let me tell you, all the credit for my experience goes to one man – Orkhan. This gentleman isn’t just an employee at Moe’s; he is the Michelangelo of Burrito Crafting, the Shakespeare of Salsa, and dare I say, the Einstein of Queso. If there were an Olympic sport for wrapping the perfect taco, Orkhan would have enough gold medals to rival Fort Knox.
But let’s start at the beginning of this magical tale.
As soon as I walked into Moe’s, I felt like I was walking into the warm embrace of a sentient tortilla. The air smelled like adventure and freedom, or perhaps it was just the intoxicating aroma of freshly grilled meats mixed with vibrant, zesty salsa. Who knows? Time felt like it slowed down in that Moe’s, and suddenly I realized – this wasn’t just a fast-food restaurant. This was a portal to another dimension where guacamole is king, and Orkhan? He’s the all-seeing, all-knowing taco whisperer who guides you through it.
As he masterfully constructed my burrito, it was like watching a world-class artist at work. I’m pretty sure that in some cultures, this kind of talent is considered sacred. The speed. The precision. The way he gracefully spooned the beans in like he was conducting a symphony made entirely of delicious ingredients. Every swirl of sour cream? Perfect. Every sprinkle of shredded cheese? A masterpiece.
And the way Orkhan handled the salsa bar? Awe-inspiring. He has memorized the perfect balance of spicy, tangy, and sweet, like a mad scientist who's perfected the formula for world peace—except instead of peace, it’s pure taco euphoria.
By the time I sat down to eat, I felt like Orkhan had not only filled my stomach, but he had also filled the emotional void in my life that I didn’t even know existed. There I was, eating what could only be described as a burrito sent from heaven by a team of angels, curated by Orkhan himself.
Oh, and let’s not forget about the ambiance. I’m convinced Orkhan has secret powers over the very molecules of the universe because suddenly, the lighting seemed perfect, the music in the background synced perfectly with each bite I took, and I felt like the happiest person alive. This wasn’t just a meal; it was transcendence.
In summary, Moe’s is a fantastic fast food chain, but it is Orkhan who elevates it to an entirely different plane of existence. He’s not just an employee; he’s a burrito guru, a queso visionary, a salsa savant. If Moe’s had an employee of the universe award, I’m pretty sure Orkhan would win it for the next 100 years.
If you want to experience fast food that changes your life—and meet the legend that is Orkhan—get yourself to Moe’s immediately. Your taste buds and your soul will thank you. And if Orkhan doesn’t get a promotion after this, then I question the very fabric of reality.

Oh my goodness. Orkhan's meat handling skills need to be studied. The way he carefully gave me a full scoop of steak was impressive, also giving me a great portion of Queso! Cannot WAIT to get stuffed by Orkhan again. 11/10
Parking: Orkhan gave me valet service and crashed my vehicle trying to turn into the drive thru at 85MPH.

The moment I walked in I got greeted with “Welcome to Moes”, very nice staff. He asked me what did I want, I told him a burrito, seasoned rice, and steak. He filled me up right. I was glad I came to this location, will definitely come again. Thanks Orkhan, will come again ?.

Tasty steak on a bowl but very skimpy portion. I counted 3 strips only. Basically, my bowl consisted of black beans, onions and peppers. Feeling a little unsatisfied with the entire experience. Service was hurried and uninterested in making a good impression.

Tattoo guy with the glasses at checkout- horribly rude. I don’t come to Moe’s often and he was yelling rudely explaining different sizes of queso when I asked. I made a mistake in ordering, to your benefit. Your restaurant wasn’t even busy for you to be rushing and yelling. There was one person in line behind me. Service industry might not be for you. Would also be nice to know certain soda options were out. Chipotle forever.

I get online orders here and lately the orders are very wrong. This last one didn't even have protein or beans. That's the main part of the meal. Please work on the QA of the online orders hers.
The manager at the store name, Jason. It's very rude and doesn't care about how his employees handled customers. They are very slow and doesn't have food prepared ready for people who have to go back to work.

We order from here on Uber eats at least once a week. 50% of the time they send us a random bowl of food. I ordered their edgy veggie bowl today without any customization and they sent me a bowl with only black beans, corn, lettuce and cheese. No rice, no guac, no sauce. It was beyond disappointing. I don't think I'll be ordering from here anymore. It might be better to go in person to get your food.

Food was overly salty, they were very stingy, not to mention they were low on all the options and it didn’t seem like they were making more so they offered us a combination of options instead which is not what I wanted, the icee machine was down, and the counters and surfaces were sticky and dirty. The service was friendly enough. Not impressed.
