Enjoyed the fresh ingredients, great people and service at lunch time!
Consistent problems with completeness and accuracy of pickup orders. The restaurant is also dirty.

I love this place. They always go above & beyond. They always fix issues I may confused them with & add what whatever toppings I may want added. I'm in here all the time & never had issues.

I’m so tired of placing an online order, getting home and it’s all wrong. Reading is fundamental. Please hire people who actually care and not just bodies.

DO not eat here is you value your health and teeth. This location served me a rock inside of my burrito. I bit this rich while eating my food and had to get my tooth X-rayed to make sure I did not crack my tooth.
I have made numerous attempts to resolve this with the manager and owner and they will not call me back nor even refund my meal purchase. The owner has completely ignored me and will not call me back at all.
The food is outright dangerous here and the service is unimaginably bad.

Really slow, no drinks in the coco cola machine, chips were fringed, store was freezing, and one of my friends had a burrito that was the coldness of a refrigerator. The contract for this location with not be renewed when expired

Everything was slow. Olives were thrown over shoulder. Burritos and chips were cold. Cheese was not cheesy enough. Not enough drinks available. This location has made me question my state of living, and whether I should go on. The contract is over, for this location only.
Dietary restrictions: I feel like I’m dying.

Burrito was wrapped horribly and wasn’t even package right

Good old Moe’s never disappoints—it’s been far better than Chipotle lately, especially when it comes to value for money. Friendly staff and excellent food choices make Moe’s a reliable go-to. It’s always there when you need a well-balanced, reasonably priced plate of food.

Customer service is awful in this location. I could barely hear the girl that was waiting on me and I told her I could not hear her - she kept talking in her voice that I totally could not hear - and I don’t have a hearing problem. She had to repeat everything she said to me and acted like I was the problem. Every single time I’ve been to this location I’ve not gotten a good experience.
We tried placing our order online, but it wouldn't go through, so we ordered in person- 2 steak homewreckers, as they come, one without sour cream, add peppers and onions, one chicken bacon Chipotle ranch stack. Not complicated. We get home, there's a chicken, bacon, steak and ground beef burrito! Neither home wrecker had cheese, both were cold and had no beans. All I did was go get salsa! The only thing that was right was the chicken ranch thing. It was too far to go back and fix the order, but I didn't eat it.
