I have been to many Moe's locations. Usually, they are pretty great! This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at this restaurant chain. Although it's convenient, I will never eat at this location again.
1. They had alterations to the prices on their menu. Little black swatches with white numbers adorned their sign to alter the pricing. 🤔
2. The workers seemed especially dejected, which may have just been the day or the management. So, I gave them a pass. 😁
3. They placed surprisingly small amounts of ingredients in my bowl 🥣 and something seemed off. It looked like something was missing and there were, somehow, fewer options than there should have been. 🤔 My server hefted my half-empty bowl as if checking that it didn't weigh too much. 🫤
4. We paid for the food and I took mine to the salsa bar. They didn't have my favorite salsa, the green 'crema' one! 😲 Their famous salsa bar had only three options! 😳
5. We went home to eat and I unpacked my skimpy bowl that would usually be hard to close. It seemed almost empty but for the extra lettuce 🥬 that I had requested. And, that's when I realized. 🤦♂️ I just bought a burrito bowl without beans! 🤯 They weren't even offered! There wasn't a selection of beans that I could see my server pass over! No beans 🫘 on my burrito! 🌯 🤦♂️

Food was awesome and the young lady working was wonderful. Service was slow but she was the only one working. She greeted, kept conversation going and addressed that she was behind a delicious apologetic.

This moe’s location is one of the best around, the owner Chris runs this place so well. The food is always of high quality and fresh. The staff is well trained and knowledgeable. I will go out of my way to order from this Moe’s for their attention to detail and their care. Thanks for a great experience every time!
