I recently ordered from this restaurant for a party, and I couldn’t be happier! The cake was absolutely delicious — in fact, it was the first party where the cake was completely finished before anything else. The food was flavorful and satisfying, and everything was ready for pickup right on time. The pricing was reasonable, making it a great value. On top of that, the staff were both friendly and professional, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We are very disappointed with the service. We ordered soccer theme cake for birthday and during the pick up they said they don’t have the toys that was supposed to come with cake and gave different theme toys for different theme cake. I’ll never ever order cake from here and I suggest you all to beware and stay away from this shop. When they have different toys if we ask how to arrange they don’t even have that photo.. I’m fuming with anger as they spoilt my son’s birthday by making touch a big mess!! It’s unforgivable mistake for any customer .. such irresponsible people !!

We recently purchased a cake from this shop for a special occasion — an 80th birthday celebration. Unfortunately, the cake tasted stale and was quite disappointing. We also had a similar experience with their Gobi Manchurian, which did not meet expectations in terms of freshness and taste.

Although we did not return the cake, we felt it was important to share this feedback and called the store to inform them. However, the response from the manager was unexpectedly rude and dismissive. Rather than acknowledging the concern, he insisted that all their food is of good quality and was unwilling to even consider our feedback.

We were new to the area and Venugopal garu from Nilgiri was very helpful to take our order and get us a cake within 2 days.
The cake came out very well as expected.

We have been ordering at this restaurant since a long time. Restaurant staff is very friendly. Good selection of food. Kids friendly, can make specific items in the menu less spicy for kids. All the cakes they make are eggless. They have special cakes made to order for parties with different theme options. Their catering options are also good and reasonably priced.

Can you please mention in the website if you are closed. The website reads that it’s open but when we came to dine in some random guy from restaurant and said it is closed.

Earlier I had given 5 star. Now changed to 3 stars. So poor quality nowadays. I ordered Aloo tikki chat and instead of Tikki, they used same potato gravy they use for everything else and taste was horrible. Service has worsened compared to five years ago.

Worker at counter Charged 20% tips without asking. He quickly went to the payment screen so I asked for receipt and gotto know. Told him that he shouldn't be doing that. He didn't have any regret, didn't offer refund. ALWAYS ASK FOR RECEIPT HERE. It's a matter of principle. This doesn't happen when the owner is at the counter.
