Drive to another hospital even if you are dying. Wife had sprained ankle but they dont give injury evaluation only a sheet with precautions for what may be wrong. Never seen an ER that didn't diagnose your symptoms, just give you a sheet of precautions on what may be the problem. The staff was another debacle. BeebeeAnn from Admissions stood in the middle of the hallway informing all of the 6 other patience and relatives in the hallway of all of my vital information including SS number. I stopped her before this noticing that all of the info was already on the sheet. When asking her what this was for she said HIPA. Informed her, wouldn't it be better that I looked over the sheet, and not inform the whole full hallway of my vital information. Jordan Nutt the Nurse on duty never gave a diagnosis of my wife issue, but instead told us her bone wasn't broken so she wasnt an emergency and this was an emergency room. What the heck to tell someone they don't count for care because they aren't an emergency. Was in the hallway with 5 other patients and their relatives for over 3 hrs, not one time did we in counter anyone in the whole encounter that remotely had a caring attitude. They were more worried about what her workmans comp number was.

Tried their pulled chicken, it smelt like feces and tasted weird, the broccolie ok but a bit burnt, coleslaw was alright but not a fan of the sauces with it. Overall I wasnt satisfied with the food but at least the other selection was good.

No person enjoys visiting a hospital but if one must this would be the place. The entire hospital staff treat everyone with respect the facility is beautiful plenty parking available and the cafeteria is a class act.

Northside Forsyth Hospital provided an abysmal experience for my elderly mother during her two-week stay in the emergency room. Within the first few days, her dentures were carelessly discarded by the cleaning crew, and the hospital showed no accountability or even offered an apology for their negligence. On top of that, they failed to provide her with proper food, exacerbating an already distressing situation. To make matters worse, they discharged her prematurely, despite her experiencing significant pain and infections. It's no surprise that she had to be readmitted to a different emergency room in a different state just days after being discharged. The disbelief expressed by the new doctors at her condition upon arrival reflects the incompetence and disregard exhibited by Northside Forsyth Hospital. I strongly caution against trusting this hospital with your loved one's care.

I currently am a patient at Northside Forsyth. This is not my first visit; I have been here several times before. I retired from the healthcare business several years ago, and, have been a patient at a out of state hospital before. My experiences with Northside Forsyth have always been excellent, no matter the reasons I was there. The staff has always treated me with respect and went out of their way to insure that I was taken care of in a professional manner. From ER check in, to admission to any of the floors, I have been pleased with the attitude of caring exhibited from EVERYONE I have come in contact with. From Techs, to respiratory therapy, X-Ray, Lab, foodservice, housekeeping, and all the rest, I have been treated with sincerity and care. And my Nurses have been most excellent, taking time to listen to my DAD jokes and general ramblings!!!I wish to sincerely thank them for expressing their professionalism and care during my "Visit" each time I have been a guest here. It is obvious that those making the hiring decisions have made great choices in their selection of associates and staff. Thank you all for making my visits feel easy!!!!!!Greg Long

In the 26 years we're living in Forsyth, finally having a hospital less than 50 miles away was a win. However, that's the only good thing about Northside Forsyth Hospital and has been since day one. Over the years, between three children needing emergency care and a husband with severe kidney stone pain (several times in the last 4 years), they are NEVER quick with service OR able to provide care in less than 5 hours. We always leave saying that driving the extra 40 minutes to Atlanta would probably be worth it. If the administration would just take the time to evaluate their processes and systems, it would make the world of difference. There were so many things that could have been accomplished so much more efficiently. I wonder if they've ever considered the ED vertical care model which has helped other hospitals significantly reduce the number of walk-aways, door-to-provider time, and overall time to discharge.

Went to the ER for a procedure I was chocking, took 8 hours before I was seen. expensive bill as well. Toilet was full of iron showing how clean the keep the room. Tv didn't work and I never even got a blanket.

I recently moved to TN but had scheduled my surgery with Dr. Tucker (can you say the best ever!) so I kept my appointment. Drove down and paid for a hotel. Was at NSF a little early. I was greeted/welcomed immediately and directed to my fist stop. On doing the preliminary paperwork and paying for copay etc. I was ushered to my 2nd stop. Met some lovely ladies on 2nd floor who checked me in and applied my wrist band. After a torturously long wait (5 minutes) I was brought up to the 3rd floor for final prep. Nurses, Doctors & all staff were amazing! From the time I walked in to getting into my gown I never waited more than 5 minutes. The staff was incredible, I wish I could recall everyone's name. My name is Dennis tho and I just want to give a shout out to the staff at this facility!!!! (Bordering on creepy now so I'll sign off!)But, before I do. I drove from TN, spent my own money on a hotel to ensure a timely arrival and I'd do it again because this facility made what was a mildly stressful situation..... enjoyable!Thank you Northside Forsyth!

Hospital policy doesn't allow you to bring your children (9 yrs. and 8 yrs.) with you to see your husband after surgery. When did hospitals become like clubs where they have bouncers at the door? So messed up beyond belief. I am the wife of a disabled veteran with no family nearby to watch kids. I understand policy changes after COVID but seriously? We're all vaccinated and wearing masks. Let's bring back some humanity.

I was there for a head MRI. I told the front desk lady exactly why I was there and my Dr's name He told me to go through the ER to get the MRI. I told the ER Dr and nasty NP JN why I was there and there should have been an order there for the MRI. All they had to do was simply say that there was no order and I could have left, but this was a big time money making opportunity. I didn't need a NP evaluation......I have a Doctor! I had a concussion and she has the nerve to write on my report sent to my PC that I looked "almost drunk". Really? Is that like almost pregnant?? And then she happens to walk back into the room after being gone for 30 minutes to see me leaned over to reach for my headphones in my small bag only to think I hiding under a the desk like a wild animal. Of course, she had to write that in my report to my doctor. Like headphones are illegal and I am scrunched in a corner under a desk for no reason at all?? Then writes morbidly obese on my report when I am the size of a typical American woman. Then thinks she is tricking me to take a drug test when I knew what you were doing the whole time. Asked me THREE TIMES what was in my small personall bag like a complete idiot. If it were perceived as any type of threat, then security could have gladly come in the room and looked at the small bag. Then, if that wasn't enough, I am waiting in the ER waiting room for my Uber, and she comes out to proceed to harass me some more! The doctor was nice and should not have let her act like a complete fool. I do not appreciate having such a nasty report written about me and sent to my long-standing doctor. Of course I didn't look perfectly normal, I busted my head concrete. No reason to treat me like a druggie or criminal. I was double billed (at minimum) Jen for you to play cop for no reason. I told you what happened very clearly. You should have BEEN HONEST and said that you didn't have the MRI order and my "Almost drunk" self would have picked up my bag and left. And "almost drunk" people don't have normal gsit, which is the only one fair thing you did write on your report. You are a far cry from a nurse, NP or even a janitor. Go back to school. I wouldn't visit this hospital again if my life depended on it. You were downright unprofessional and ridiculous!

My wife and I went to Northside Emergency at 7am on a Sunday. We walked in and we're quickly triaged and put in a Room. We spent about two hours in the ER the doctors, nurses, staff and facility were the best we've ever experienced. I will gladly go back and feel grateful that we live so close to such a top notch facility.
