I was excited to eat a Bundt Cake but I felt a bit disappointed with my favorite part of the cake, the frosting! I felt like the cake was half frosted than what I am used to. But the staff was friendly.

This is such a great, go to place to grab a cake or to get a gift for someone with their small cakes. I’ve never had a bad one… The food is very consistently good.

Very pathetic service. Ordered a cake on Saturday. Drove down here and made an order specifically requesting that they provide me with a list of ingredients that show the cake was produced in a nut free environment. I show up two days later to pick up my order and ask them for the list requested. I just get a stare. I explain to the lady at the front desk that I specifically requested that list before I placed my order. I wouldn’t have made that order if they couldn’t provide me with this list. I get nothing from the front desk offer and the lady I believe was either the store owner or Manager. I got no apology, no nothing, just an offer to refund. What will I do with your refund an hour before my event. I should have stayed away from this place the moment I got a sense of poor customer service when making my order. I don’t want to infer anything, but I am tempted to think the dismissive behavior from those I encountered is premised on something not reflective of who we are as a society.

Thank goodness the cakes are what brings you in because the customer service needs some work. Stopped into this location for the Pumpkin Spice, and the young lady could have cared less about helping us. This is the 4th location I've gone to, and the people working there are the worst. So, this will be my last time giving my money to a company that really doesn't do a good job in their hiring.

Don’t ever get a gender reveal cake from this place. These winners didn’t do anything inside the cake, they put a bright blue rattler on top of the cake with some paper to barely cover it up. My kids figured out it was a boy before I even took it out of the bag. Thanks for ruining this moment for us.
