Haven't been to OB in sometime. Took a friend here for birthday luncheon. We both had steaks, and found them to be a bit tough. Mine was rare, his was med rare. Don't remember having tough steaks at OB in the past. The girls both had luncheon salads and enjoyed them.

Salad was not fresh. Never offered a tea refill or bread. Waiter seemed not be familiar with the menu. Not a pleasant experience. Second time visiting this location recently. Not a positive experience on either occasion.

Sadly, this was a disappointing experience. We were not served the complimentary bread and butter that is usually offered to all guests. Although the food was prepared quickly, no sauces were offered with the meat, which significantly affected the overall enjoyment of the dish.
Our server came to the table only once during the entire evening — to clear the plates. We stayed for over two hours and would have gladly ordered more drinks and dessert, but no one checked on us or offered anything.
After I paid the bill on the handheld device without leaving a tip, the server immediately returned demanding an explanation. I calmly tried to explain the service issues and was willing to leave a cash tip if there had been an apology. Instead, she reacted rudely, scoffed, and walked away.
I used to love this restaurant years ago, but unfortunately the service has declined. I don’t see myself returning and will be looking for a more welcoming place.

My family and I decided to have outback yesterday for dinner before my mom and I left to go back to Missouri, my mom had a coupon for 20 dollars off there, our server was nice but a bit slow causing us to have 2 servers. The food there though not that good, my sisters and Nana's steaks were both very spicy for some reason. When it came to my salmon it wasn't bad, at the time I didn't know it was undercooked though. After we got done with our food we paid and left. A few hours later though around midnight I got a very upset stomach from what my guess is the salmon causing our ride back to Missouri to get delayed by a day. So please whatever you do make sure your food is safe to eat before eating. My overall rating 2.5/5 stars.

Mrs. Emma B blessed us up w some $15 dollar deal jawn that was as fire as a barbershop haircut for just a quarter. After Adrian explained our friendgroup we realized Emma B just like Nathaniel B in GOATness. Fire atmosphere and even better food served here only. Emma was able to bless us with the knowledge that a dessert was only a ~$3 upcharge with our deal. Ooh we was messing up that ice cream it was bussing respectfuly. 🤑🔥

After being seated just over refuse to take our order to the point of taking the order of a family that came in after us. As soon as they sit down she showed up to take their order refused to come to our table. Deserve it in so much as take our drink order so after a 15 minute wait we got up and left. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had going to a steakhouse. I would not recommend going to this out back to anyone ever.
No server after was seated for over 15 minutes, this was crazy, then, after getting someone to find a server it was still another 5 minutes. Broccoli was both stale and raw somehow. Never brought more bread. Had to ask for silverware. Never received plates for bread. Sirloin had the most fat and chewy pieces/tendons throughout it that I have ever seen in a sirloin. Sirloin and shirmp combo had 4 shrimp that were not jumbo or even large. It was the biggest waste of money. All for very high prices. Just terrible, I don't think we would come back for free.
