I really don’t get the upcharge for walnut shrimp. $4.50 and then not fill up the box. Limit to 21 shrimp. Its not like shrimp cost that much more then other meat. Not cool!

Racist store…ordered online. Went to pick up my order told the cashier my name. She looked puzzled. Showed her my digital receipt. My food was right behind her. She looked at the receipt on my food refused to give me my order. Called her manager over and repeated my name to the manager. “Pring”…showed manager my receipt. Yes, I’m black and my name is Pring!! Please hand me my order!!! So irritating and ignorant of them.

I usually don't do too many negative or critical reviews however I need to say something about these folks. they must expect to walk out the door to go home exactly 10 PM, God forbid they have to stay clean because somebody showed up Is at 930 or 945. don't show up later in their hours of service say About 930 or later you may not get any food and they've already started cleaning the cooking apparatus , so therefore You will have very slim pickings and a foul attitude... like you should have came earlier ! thats what vibes i felt, I love Panda Express and this was First time I didn't have an excellent experience so maybe it was just a odd night.... I wanted to dine in but honestly I figured they would be mopping the floors and p***** off I was in their way. So I went ahead and ate in the parking lot and i was done before 10 PM !! .. LOL ...

This restaurant is terrible for service. Food is OK. I went to the restaurant and ordered a plate with 2 entries. I told them I wanted a cup of tap water. They said they don’t offer it. I told them I had that in all other Panda Express all the time. The lady said No in that restaurant. I then had to order a Diet Coke. Then, when I got my drink in the fountain, I saw the machine had water option. I then told the person that I want to speak a manager and after waiting for a few min, another lady came out claiming she is the manager. I explained the issue, she then said they didn’t offer the tap water option due to the lack of cups. No one would believe this, as they had many different cups. I told her that I would file the complaint to main office. She said she didn’t care. This shows a terrible attitude for bad services and low quality for employees. Apparently, the employees are poorly trained, even the manager. Not qualified! I would never go to this restaurant any more. I would not recommend it to anyone who wants to get good services.

They have the DoorDash drivers prepare the drinks. I thought that was the whole point of them, making the food and having delivery service transport.

Unfortunate !!! ( a great location) will not keep dining room clean , food hot , OR FRESH. It's 3p.m.food is definitely lunch reheats. Employee began to act offended when I asked them to (kindly clean tables and seats, floors where we were waiting to sit down. I wasnt putting my children in the seats or their shoes on filthy floor. 7 dirty tables. Only 3 other customers in store. 6 employees I could see. Place has really gone down. Register/ Checkout lady very polite. Server behind glass who filled plate friendly. ( Friendly kitchen side employees doesnt make the place SANITARY. Or the food Fresh) Shouldve thrown 30$ in the trash like our food . Wait we did.
