I order from this Papa John’s store frequently because my grandkids love their pizza and wings. Tonight the delivery was taking longer than usual and when I called to find out where my pizza was the shift leader, Alex answered the phone, he was kind, patient and professional, even though I was slightly upset that it was taking so long for our pizza to be delivered. He offered to credit me for the pizza and even offered to send a new one out. I told him that wouldn’t be necessary. We would just wait for our pizza to arrive. We finally got our pizza and then about 15 minutes later a different driver showed up with a fresh and hot pizza. I told the driver to tell Alex thank you but that was not necessary and then a short time later my phone rang and it was Alex just checking to make sure that I received the pizza, this was an incredible example of customer service. Alex went out of his way to turn a bad situation around and did it with great professionalism. I hope his manager reads this because he needs to be praised for his actions. Thank you Alex!

Was Charged 3 times for an on line order..Money taking out of bank for the manager to say." Sorry it will take 3 days to return your money..What a joke..not to mention fraud

I have never had a philly papa dilla made so perfectly, the fluff of crust, the portion of sauce and cheese and contents all layered and spread so well. really did make my night, thankyou !

The location makes great food but they are short staffed and give your delivery to door dash driver who houd you for extra tip when you tip 30 percent

The pizza itself was good and arrived earlier than expected. The price for a simple pizza was a bit much but is what it is. Was a little disappointed to pay $5 for delivery charge and then a tip on top of that. The part that really gets me though, you ask for contactless delivery and put a not please don’t ring the doorbell. Apparently the store management doesn’t hold their drivers accountable for actually reading and following a customer’s request. The driver was super nice but obviously didn’t read “contactless delivery or please don’t ring doorbell.
My food was cold and the delivery got went to 4 house because he couldn't find the house and he was smoking

Had a large order for a local school. Even with it being very early and them being short staffed, they were great. A tad late getting finished, but everything was fresh and the employees were super helpful.

Always quick and made-well. I honestly don’t understand the 3.3 star average. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years with zero issues, and it’s always fast. Those reviews must have been from a long time ago.

Had a sleepy, grumpy baby in my car and Nick brought my carryout order to my car for me, which was a big help on a stressful day! So, props to him! The pizza is always good there too! :)
