Papa Johns Pizza

So gross. Paid just as much as we would at other pizza places for far inferior pizza. We were trying out new places because we were tired of our old place giving us less and less toppings. So we tried Papa Johns. No one went back for seconds and we had much more pizza left over than we typically do. And those ingredients were even less here.

Very rude staff. All of them. Including the manager. The transaction is working and then puts it back in. Had to read numbers off multiple times and don’t ever order for your staff. It’s a nightmare.

I placed a carryout order for a shaq- A- Roni pizza . I picked it out at around 7:30 pm toady. To my surprise somebody already had eaten two slices of pizza and garlic sauce was also opened. Never had such a horrible experience

Just so disappointed. Pre-ordered pizza and I get there and there is a long line, I hear people complaining that they've been there an hour and some said they had been there for 40 minutes and they told them another 40 minutes. Asked about my carryout order and they said it would be a long time. Guess someone ordered 70 pizzas, if they had such a largr order wish someone would have called or messaged and said they couldn't handle any other orders. This isn't the first time we have had issues with this location. Have had ordered delivery and waited over an hour to come find out they don't have a delivery driver to deliver the order so instead of calling and letting us know we had to call and they told us. We went to pick it up, they didn't refund the tip or the delivery fee. Just disappointed in this location.

I ordered pizza for my ALTA team match. Since they don’t let you pick up before 11am, we ordered for 11am pickup. When I arrived to pick it up, they didn’t even made it. They say on their system it says 11pm. I’ve shown my order that clearly says pickup time as 11am, either they missed it or they have a buggy system. Our team starts playing at 9am and they badly need food by 11am. Show some respect to your work.

This store is a thief! Beware when making a delivery order. We purchased an order from them, received the email confirmation with a price, when pizza delivered the driver showed a receipt with another price that’s higher. I had someone else pay for it and they ended up paying the higher price because they didn’t know the price. We ended up spending about $10 more. I called in the store to make them aware as I wanted a refund for my money. The store manager said they would call me back to make this right, a couple weeks have passed by and yet to hear back from them.

This place is the WORST. the past four times they have forgotten things from our order. I don’t know why we keep giving them a shot. No more.

My husband called to tell them they forgot something and they said they could either refund him or it would be 2 hours to receive it. So my husband chose refund. And they emailed him a few hours later and it was just a coupon off the next order and no refund.

Insane to charge for extra sauces and NEVER give them. And i see the manager never comments on these reviews so apparently customer service is extremely low on their priorities.

BEWARE and do not go here. A bunch of teenagers that don’t care

I ordered jalapeño bites and garden fresh veggie pizza large , there way to doing the pizza sucks and they did not even keep enough veggies in the large pizza and it taste horrible and I can’t even talk about jalapeño bites please don’t order this at all , I give 0 stars and won’t recommend to order at this location for

I placed a order with some friends at my friend’s apartment and we were refused service on delivery because apparently we stole to pizzas from the drivers at this apartment even tho it was built not to long ago, also we have never ordered pap johns here before. We decided to pickup in person and pay with cash but they still refused to serve us and couldn’t provided a receipt time data or any video footage to provide evidence. Moral of the story NEVER order from this location everything sucks the management the atmosphere, couldn’t try the food lol sure it was bad tho.

Ordered pizza for a party and after 30 minutes was called and told my order was cancelled due to apparent theft that my “exact address” has committed. I live in an apartment with 40 other units and 6 other buildings are apart of. I went up to the store with my wife and asked to see receipts or evidence showing our accused theft of pizza. We were refused any sort of help or answers to why we were refused service and accused of theft. While in this store we were told to leave and the manager threatened to call the police and accused of trespassing. We were given no corporate number or answers. The manager also lied and told us he could not print the receipts from our supposed stolen orders. Do not ever order from this place or even attempt to eat there. We recorded the entire interaction. Extremely unprofessional, extremely rude, and above all else extremely ignorant of this location to accuse us of theft without probable cause.
