This used to be a great location but unfortunately it has become a poorly run and poorly managed franchise. The last two times we have been there our pizza was not ready when they said it would be and we had to wait one hour to get a burnt and poorly made pizza. The staff was unhelpful and did not care about the quality or service they provide. Never going there again. Much better options close by.

It’s a a Papa John’s. What can you expect….. OTHER THAN FANTASTIC PIZZA ALL THE TIME. Jaqueline is a great manager.

Two hour wait. Even tho I placed order an hour before so 3 hour total.
Easiest and fastet way to ruin a business is to run it by teenagers! Today 12-19-25 was chaotic in this franchise. Customers waiting nore than 2 hours to pick up their pizzas. The tracking system providing fasle status, the kids running the shop not picking up the phone, playing in the back instead of greeting cutomers wlaking in. Whoever owns this store needs to know that you have the perfect ingredients to go out of business. I can guaranteee you that you have lost many repeat customers today, me included!

DO NOT GO HERE! Riverside pizza is just down the road.. cheaper and faster and customer service is much better!!!
Ordered pizza at 5:45pm. The order said it would be ready between 6:15-6:25. Showed up at 6:25pm. Order said ready on the app. It was not ready. There were about 15-20 people all waiting in the small waiting area as well. Everyone was waiting as well!
Waiting it whatever, but wow the staff was not helpful at all. They walked around avoiding eye contact with all the customers. In the 45 minutes I was there, they called out one order.
Having two small kids with me, we decided to leave. Customer service said I had to talk to the workers to get a refund. I told the worker. He said okay and walked off. Then when he came back around I told him I wanted a refund again. He asked my name, jotted it down and said I would get it in 15 days.
I thought maybe they were having a rough night but seeing the reviews. It’s apparent this is an on going problem.

Knots are partially cooked, half of the dough was raw inside.
A staple for boy two sons - pizza. This location always provides my pies with a smile.
Yikes.. my order was ready and correct but the girl up front either wasn't having a good day or hates her job.. would not want to be on her bad side. If she had at least smiled once I probably wouldn't have even been bothered.

By far the worst customer experience ever!
While I was driving I asked my daughter to please call so that we could order ahead. I asked her to confirm the location so that I would know she called the right place.
The person that answered the phone seemed confused when we asked if they were located in the same shopping around where Kroger and Bruster was. Put us on hold and then said across from Black Diamond and hung up without taking our order.
We called back to place the order and they obviously saw it was the same phone number that had just called because they made it a point to say you are picking up at the Peachtree location.
We placed our order and were informed it would be 20-25 minutes which was no problem since we were driving. We went to Bruster, Kroger, and then walked to pick up the pizza only to be told by “Jennifer” it was still “in the oven.” The other co-worker about 5 minutes asked for our name and I once again said it and voiced what I had been informed. I saw him from behind pizza boxes mouth to Jennifer, why? 25 minutes later when I have seen that other pizzas have come out I asked for our pizza. Only to see him grab the box that had just been sitting there this whole time. I asked Jennifer what had we done to piss her/she/them off. I was ignored. I asked 3x only to be ignored.
We are (were) regular customers at this location and never have we had such horrible customer service.
Unfortunately, when we got home with our melted ice cream, we just didn’t feel safe eating the pizza as we didn’t know if it had been tainted by an entitled employee.
So Jennifer if your goal was to ruin someone else’s dinner, you succeeded. And to the other co-worker whom I should have obtain your name, hope you are happy as well.
You have helped me teach my child how to not act and treat others. And to stand up for what is right even if it means going against your co-worker.
