By far the worst customer experience ever!
While I was driving I asked my daughter to please call so that we could order ahead. I asked her to confirm the location so that I would know she called the right place.
The person that answered the phone seemed confused when we asked if they were located in the same shopping around where Kroger and Bruster was. Put us on hold and then said across from Black Diamond and hung up without taking our order.
We called back to place the order and they obviously saw it was the same phone number that had just called because they made it a point to say you are picking up at the Peachtree location.
We placed our order and were informed it would be 20-25 minutes which was no problem since we were driving. We went to Bruster, Kroger, and then walked to pick up the pizza only to be told by “Jennifer” it was still “in the oven.” The other co-worker about 5 minutes asked for our name and I once again said it and voiced what I had been informed. I saw him from behind pizza boxes mouth to Jennifer, why? 25 minutes later when I have seen that other pizzas have come out I asked for our pizza. Only to see him grab the box that had just been sitting there this whole time. I asked Jennifer what had we done to piss her/she/them off. I was ignored. I asked 3x only to be ignored.
We are (were) regular customers at this location and never have we had such horrible customer service.
Unfortunately, when we got home with our melted ice cream, we just didn’t feel safe eating the pizza as we didn’t know if it had been tainted by an entitled employee.
So Jennifer if your goal was to ruin someone else’s dinner, you succeeded. And to the other co-worker whom I should have obtain your name, hope you are happy as well.
You have helped me teach my child how to not act and treat others. And to stand up for what is right even if it means going against your co-worker.

Friday 7/25 @ 8:00pm - Staff literally arguing in front of guests, cursing, while they make orders. Two guys up at the cash register looking helpless with how long orders will take. Need to make adjustments to your online ordering system to give them proper support.
This place is drowning.

So gross. Paid just as much as we would at other pizza places for far inferior pizza. We were trying out new places because we were tired of our old place giving us less and less toppings. So we tried Papa Johns. No one went back for seconds and we had much more pizza left over than we typically do. And those ingredients were even less here.

Very rude staff. All of them. Including the manager. The transaction is working and then puts it back in. Had to read numbers off multiple times and don’t ever order for your staff. It’s a nightmare.

I placed a carryout order for a shaq- A- Roni pizza . I picked it out at around 7:30 pm toady. To my surprise somebody already had eaten two slices of pizza and garlic sauce was also opened. Never had such a horrible experience

Just so disappointed. Pre-ordered pizza and I get there and there is a long line, I hear people complaining that they've been there an hour and some said they had been there for 40 minutes and they told them another 40 minutes. Asked about my carryout order and they said it would be a long time. Guess someone ordered 70 pizzas, if they had such a largr order wish someone would have called or messaged and said they couldn't handle any other orders. This isn't the first time we have had issues with this location. Have had ordered delivery and waited over an hour to come find out they don't have a delivery driver to deliver the order so instead of calling and letting us know we had to call and they told us. We went to pick it up, they didn't refund the tip or the delivery fee. Just disappointed in this location.

I ordered pizza for my ALTA team match. Since they don’t let you pick up before 11am, we ordered for 11am pickup. When I arrived to pick it up, they didn’t even made it. They say on their system it says 11pm. I’ve shown my order that clearly says pickup time as 11am, either they missed it or they have a buggy system. Our team starts playing at 9am and they badly need food by 11am. Show some respect to your work.

This store is a thief! Beware when making a delivery order. We purchased an order from them, received the email confirmation with a price, when pizza delivered the driver showed a receipt with another price that’s higher. I had someone else pay for it and they ended up paying the higher price because they didn’t know the price. We ended up spending about $10 more. I called in the store to make them aware as I wanted a refund for my money. The store manager said they would call me back to make this right, a couple weeks have passed by and yet to hear back from them.
