The pizza could be better. They need to cook it a little longer when you eat pizza that’s the big thing about pizza. It just feels like it’s not cooked enough like you’re like it feels like you just straight out straight out tomato sauce. They need to be more savvy about making a great pizza. They have great pizza but my Lord when they don’t cook it right they need to make sure that that’s cooked more crispy or a little more you know it makes you have terrible digestion
So happy we got a Papa John's near us. We order from here often and typically do carry-out. The staff is so friendly and greets you upon entering. They always make the pizza quickly and with care.

The amount of cheese they put on the pizza is ridiculous and almost nonexistent. Paid for extra cheese and still practically no cheese on the pizza. What a rip off!

The two ladies who made our pizza for a tball end of year party were so incredibly kind! They cut the pieces into 16 instead of 8 for young kids. So accommodating and nice!

It was a pre-order online so didn't really get to interact too much but their food was on time
Those staffs works here at this Bethelview location are really amazing and very welcoming. They greeted with smile and helped me with everything I needed and I had a great experience. This will be my favorite location from now. Close to my home and easy to order a carry out. Appreciate everyone working hard.

Ordered delivery using some rewards, order switched to being delivered by doordash (which already sucks) and then was immediately cancelled. I can only assume that's because I chose to pay by cash for my balance and doordash typically doesn't take cash. You shouldn't offer payment methods you don't accept.
EDIT: So they did just deliver the order, but since it was cancelled, I made other dinner arrangements and now I have to deal with having both. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible service. Will never order Papa John's again if this is how they think it's acceptable to treat their customers.
EDIT 2: Decided to give them another go. Immediate regret. Food was fine, but the service is appalling. Doordash, which I guess is what passes for delivery these days, forgot my drink with my order. I called and the only helpful worker there, apparently- Andrew, sent my drink out again. Still never showed up. Called back again, and the lady I spoke to was weirdly insistent that I check outside my door. I get that people are dumb sometimes, but I checked repeatedly before calling. Asked to speak to the manager, and he was just as unhelpful, only initially offering vouchers for free drinks on the next order. Only after explicitly asking for a full refund was a small partial refund offered.
Don't order from this location. Aside from one person, everyone here is unhelpful and will steal your money and time if you have an issue.
