We have been here many times and it's unfortunate all the places that are going to charge a credit card fee when you're already making 50000% profit on the tea. Well this visit I had cash and go to pay for the cashier to say oh sorry we don't have coin change. So you're going to keep my change you owe me or I pay the credit card fee? Yes sorry.... like who owns this place that doesn't know how to do a change order? If you don't have change looks like your eating those losses for poor planning

Terrible! I have been a very very loyal customer and therefore am quite familiar with prices. Usually, if something is extra, the workers are courteous enough to let us know the extra charge and ask if its okay. Today, 12/21/2024 at 4:30 PM ish I ordered a Thai Cream and a Mango Slush with pearls. Usually, the thai cream comes with boba and the total cost is already listed on the menu. However, the cashier added an extra 80 cents for both the lychee boba and normal boba which COME WITH THE DRINK! Also, she got my order wrong because I normally swap lychee with cherry blossom jelly but she made me pay 11 bucks for a usually 8 dollar drink AND got my order wrong. For the mango slush, she asked if we wanted water or milk (we said milk) but then it was an extra 90 cents?? Are they not supposed to inform us? As I am checking the register for the price, every time we ask for something there are extra charges being added on EVEN when it is included in the drink. We were looking off a specialty menu (I think that is what it is called) but there are various drink combos listed ie: thai cream with lychee and boba, mango slush with mango popping, SO WHY was she hiking on charges for stuff that was supposedly included in the total cost. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED at pearl's EXCEPT TODAY and I come here at least twice a month, if not more. Pearl's, if you want to you can increase prices, but DON'T try to fool customers. Extremely upset and will not be returning here EVER.

I'll never forget it, I've never been to a boba place and it was super intimidating. I was so nervous but when I saw Joseph, the atmosphere and aura changed when he smiled and I felt...safe.
