Ordered two pizzas at 5:35, original email said the eta was 6:05. Sitting there watching tracker and at 6:23 the order says it's been delivered. I go downstairs to look for it and there's nothing there. I check by my garage door, around the bench on the porch. My husband even drove around the neighborhood to a house that has the same house number as us and we often get each other's mail, but there was nothing. We ordered a Detroit style pizza a thin and crispy pizza and an order of breadsticks. The thin and crispy was terrible. It came out absolutely overcooked. The cheese was almost crunchy that’s how over cooked it was. There was hardly any sauce underneath the cheese to help with the moisture and the pepperoni was almost brown. never use online ordering. used twice and order messed up both times and manager refuses to make it right. sounds like ordering company snd pizza hut have a handsone deal going on.
