Found a slug in the restaurant. Absolutely gross how do you even get a slug infestation. Imagine how unclean….. Will not be returning.

Tried to order online. Said address was too far even though they’ve delivered here for years. Called in the order. 1hr and 20 min wait on a Wednesday night. Food arrived cold. Not warm but cold. Portion size drastically reduced. Will not order from there again.

Customer service was excellent. Pizza I'll give a 7.8 only because I'm from NY and I've had authentic pizza all my life. The sauce was good but not the best I've ever had but the cheese was great and the atmosphere was on point. Will be coming back?????

I originally ordered a pineapple and pepperoni pizza. But right away went to go change the pepperoni to beef. The pizza was supposed to be pineapple and beef but it came out as pepperoni and beef. I told them to just bring cooked pineapple out so we can sprinkle it on top. I don’t think it was seared but microwaved. I’m not sure. Anyways, the flavor was great. Was charged for the third topping at the end but let them know what happened and all was resolved by removing that charge.

Also got the spaghetti and meatballs. Came with a salad. Also came with garlic bread. I think it was good.

The experience was above and beyond what I was expecting. The lady that attended was super kind and patient and made sure we had a great experience. The food was absolutely delicious. Would absolutely recommend it.

We have been ordering pizza from here for years. We LOVE the food. The service in the restaurant is usually okay, but the phone service has been quite subpar for many years. Consistently, for many years, each and every time we placed an order for delivery, we would have AT LEAST one issue, missing item, incorrect item, etc. This has improved recently.

This evening I placed a delivery order by phone. The young man that I spoke to when I ordered, was so kind and polite. My order was running late and I realized I had no cash to tip the driver, so I called to check on adding it to my bill and the status of delivery. I spoke to another young man, and didn't realize it was the same young man immediately. However, his response was the most polite, well spoken, professional interaction that I've ever experienced with an employee of this establishment. CODY needs a raise and a promotion, and Cody's momma should be REALLY proud.

The pizza and wings are great! The service is terrible! Order take out only! We went last week and our order came out wrong multiple times after waiting over 45 min to get it. The server rarely came to the table so we had to get up and ask for plates, silverware and refills. We watched food just sit in the windows for over 20 minutes. We were there for 2 hrs with kids and left with our food in to go boxes.

Okay this is gross. Half way though my salad, discovered this. Hoping that was the only one in there. )-: Definitely did not finish the salad. Pizza tasted okay.

This place was great! Needed a quick bite and the staff was super helpful with getting me in-and-out within 15 minutes. $5 house wine. Nice family style place.
