They never have anything ready. You always...always have to wait 15 mins at least for your food. Today she said no chicken sandwiches because they're frozen and take 1 to 2 hours to make lol. HORRIBLE MANAGMENT

If I could leave a zero-star review, I absolutely would. This place doesn’t even deserve a single star.

The staff that closed on the night of September 21st, 2024, were beyond disrespectful, and their behavior was appalling. They should be fired immediately. My experience was nothing short of frustrating and demeaning.

Upon arriving, we were told by a young man to go to the drive-thru to place our order. We complied, but when we tried to order, there was no response—complete silence. After waiting and receiving no service, we drove back to the front and attempted to get the attention of the same young man who had instructed us to go to the drive-thru. We knocked on the window, hoping for basic courtesy, but instead, he completely ignored us. It was as though we didn’t even exist.

This level of disrespect is unacceptable. Ignoring customers and refusing service after instructing us where to go shows a complete lack of professionalism and basic human decency. If you're looking for decent customer service, save yourself the trouble and **do not** visit this place. You’ll be met with nothing but rudeness and frustration.

By far, the best Popyes ? I've had in years. The food was well seasoned,the restaurant was clean and the staff were very friendly . When I return to Georgia before returning home in Texas, I will be dining there again.

We’ve been to many Locations of Popeyes, the Brown bridge road 3640 is the best one in GA! From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for a treat. The entire experience was wonderful, Never have I had a more pleasant meal.
“KEYVAN” was so polite and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

Like genuinely terrible lol. Drive thru people aren’t even there, it’s like no one even works here. Not to mention the chicken being almost undercooked. Don’t even go here seriously, takes toooo long and you’ll just end up being disappointed and wasting your time. Sucks big time :/

The customer service by drive thru is really bad, the girl opened the window she never say, hi, she give me the drinks she didn’t say thank you nothing just say wait 6 min in front for your meal and she slap de window !!!!! I was waiting my meal when she brought my meal and just she gave me my meal and don’t say nothing , OMG. Girl if you don’t like your job Move on !!!!

If I can give 0 stars I would. I came here to get the new BBQ chicken sandwich. They gave me chicken tenders on top of my sandwich and it was a very sloppy. They gave me no pickles, and my food was cold after waiting for 15 minutes in the parking lot. Everytime I come to Popeyes it’s always something wrong. The parmesan wings were cold, my significant other even said “that looks disgusting”. So I will never be coming back to this location .
