Pure Pho & Grill

I am so so sorry but this is genuinely some of the grossest food I’ve ever had. The meat quality is so so bad. And the general, overall quality and cleanliness is so gross. The people that worked here were very nice so I feel bad but I cannot allow other people to eat here with a clean conscious. We left here and went to Jim N Nicks because we just couldn't do it.

Was in a new neck of the woods and was looking for something to eat. The family loves Pho so we decided to stop in. The location is beautiful and spacious.

The broth was slightly sweet, they portion a bounty of noodles and they didn't have chili oil.The Pho satisfied the urge though.

I went for an afternoon lunch on a weekday. The atmosphere was nice. It wasn't too crowded at the time. Service was friendly and fast. My food was delicious. The special beef pho was very good. The broth was very flavorful.

Their veg spring rolls were good.
Very less vegan options.
We asked for a no sugar tea. We were presented with a packaged one which was super sweet and the waiter did not inform us that the tea would have the sugar syrup in it.

Really good Pho. Maybe the best Pho in the area. Looking forward to come back and trying some other dishes.

Update: They have raised their prices again to the point it is not a viable option for Pho any more. It was so bad when I saw the new prices I just walked out.

They sold my daughter pho and the meat was rotten. It was a to go order so you couldn’t see until we got home.. never again

Although my order was pick up, It says on my receipt my server was Taun. I’m a bit disappointed because I ordered this for lunch for the following day, just to find out that my order was made incorrect. But the receipt was correct. Normally this place is pretty good, but please be more
mindful with the orders.

We have difficulty finding a variety of different types of food that we enjoy while eating out in Forsyth County. Pure Pho and Grill is one of our go-to’s for Vietnamese. Their pho is pretty decent. Sautéed pho and shaking beef are delicious! And so is their banh mi! 😋

The food was hot and freshly made. The service was very good. The meal was reasonably priced. A great lunch!

Pho was fantastic. Onion lemon grass dish a huge hit with gf. Service was prompt and friendly. Would be 5 stars....except the men's restroom was as filthy as a gas station downtown. With so much pride and quality up front, why make a man walk in urine to reach the commode and have him use a filthy sink. A sad end to an otherwise unexpectedly wonderful experience.

I took food with me, but for some reason they put raw meat in it. Is that how it should be? I don't know.

For the most part great food and great service every time we come. The only thing I don't like is when they make slight changes to the food and don't say anything. Other than that will be coming back.

I was excited to eat here because I had just had dinner at the pho in Gainesville. I got the grilled onions and lemon grass with vermicelli. The noodles were not soft and some were stuck together. I was really disappointed in food. Server was good and got our food to us quickly.

Different from 99% of the Vietnamese Pho restaurants we have eaten at in the past 30+ years and the entrees were a little too sweet for our taste. I don't think we will be back any time soon.
