Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Didn't really like the sandwich I ordered but I won't be to quick to judge cause it's my 1st time being in red robin.

Very bad and cold pizza, not at all worth.

Went during Veterans day and staff delivered hand written notes thanking them for their service.
Food was delivered very quickly with even hotter fries. I would say that the smaller burgers with fries is just right when it comes to size/food portions.
My only suggestion is when it comes time to pay the bill, staff should turn the table screen around so it's facing in towards the table.

Ate dinner here with my Dad. We went in the evening on the weekend so the place was busy. We didn't have to wait too long for a table. Since it was the first time for both of us trying Red Robin, we decided to keep it simple and order their classic cheeseburger and steak fries. The Cheeseburger was surprisingly good with a nice tenderness in the meat and the melted cheese made it a delightful experience. The steak fries were also good as well. Overall, a wonderful experience for the both of us!

Waiters are awful. They'll never stop by once. Even getting your bill will take forever. Theyre too busy chatting.

The food was okay, little on the cool side, maybe sitting on the pass for a bit too long.

You’d get better quality food and a nicer experience at a Texas Roadhouse or Black Diamond

Mixed drinks are heavily watered down, you’d get a better pour elsewhere

Genuinely, it’s not a bad place, there’s just so many better options for the price, and is over rated

This place used to be my favorite place to eat a burger, but now I never want to go back! The service is terrible (the employees are not attentive). I was there with my family and they brought everyone's food, except for my daughter's food, which they dropped on the floor and made her wait for another 20 minutes. The place has a horrible smell of dirty and old carpets. The tables and chairs are filthy with stuck-on food (I left there with chocolate on my clothes). The floor was disgusting, we stepped in leftover food that the employees didn't clean up, and the curtains were stuck with ketchup. If the space where customers have access is this disgusting, I can hardly imagine how disgusting the kitchen must be.

Kind of a rip-off spent almost $60 for lunch for me and my wife this includes tips all we wanted was a simple Burger but got a dining experience you have to order the platter there's no way to order the burger by itself I thought that's how it was in the past but I might be wrong either way I think $60 for lunch is a little much. The burger patties are not fresh anymore they say not frozen but you can tell the Patty is manufactured and not hand made the fries were good steak fries I ordered the garlic fries and honestly not worth the extra cost. The food was good. And the hostess and servers were great. Just a little pricey for burgers that are not actually Gourmet.
