We have eaten here for since Rice opened in Cumming. Walked in at 2:30 and the lady said we’ll seat you but we close at 3:00. So, why bother to let us in. It is this type of rude behavior that will keep us from returning. Needless to say we went elsewhere.

Used to be very good but since it changed owners there are better restaurants than this.

I’ve eaten here before and it was not terrible. I ordered over $100 worth of food that my husband picked up yesterday. It was absolutely the most disgusting food I think I’ve ever had from this place. The sushi was decent, the appetizers were OK, the problem I have was with the entrées. They had no salt, no flavor no seasonings at all. I ordered the Hunan beef, black pepper chicken and house lo mein noodles. I will never spend money at this establishment again. I’m so disappointed.

Very disappointed with the personnel and owner of this restaurant. Ordered online which was an easy process. Unfortunately, it was raining and we were eager to get home with our food and didn’t open up the bag (stapled together) and verify its accuracy. When we got home they had duplicated one of the entrees and left the other completely off. So, disappointed I called the restaurant and asked to be credited for the one we didn’t order. Seems reasonable right? But they expressed since it was ordered online they were not responsible. Huh? It took talking three times with two different people (owner refused to speak to me) and the end result was they would no issue credit. We’re talking a total of $20 so to me it was a simple solution. Mistake made, pay for mistake. Pitiful response instead. I am a business owner myself and know how easy it would have been to work this out without much effort. Really too bad because they are on our way home and would have continued to order food from here but I refuse to be treated badly.

wish I could give this place zero stars. I ordered the sesame chicken, expecting a classic, flavorful dish, but what I received was the equivalent of dog food—and that’s putting it kindly. The chicken was soggy, overly greasy, and covered in a sauce that was way too sweet and sticky. It tasted like it had been sitting out all day. I’ve had my fair share of takeout, but this was by far the worst. Save your time, money, and appetite, and go somewhere else.

We usually go to Izumi, thought we’d try Rice since we’d heard good things.
We were highly disappointed, ordered two General Chicken. It was very tough chicken, some pieces weren’t able to be chewed, it seemed like it was cooked several times, not sure. Other meal we had was Pad Thai, which had a very funky flavor, something was off, had lots of Pad Thai at other restaurants, we all tried it and couldn’t eat it.
We had ordered out, so we called the restaurant, sent pictures of the pieces of chicken. They wanted us to bring the meals back, that wasn’t happening, would be at least 30 min drive, asked for a refund, would not give one. Poor food and customer service.

Consistently great food and service, and consistently busy as a result.

We sit at tables or at the sushi bar, and are always well taken care of.

Food tonight was piping hot, crisp appetizers—too hot to eat. Had to break open crab wontons and egg rolls to be able to take a bite!

Soup was steaming hot and delicious. Egg drop soup is thick and rich. Hot and sour soup is always piquant and sour.

We didn’t order sushi this time, but everything we’ve ever ordered has been wonderful.

We are here regularly—been coming here for years—and this is why.

We are new to the area & are looking for a close sushi spot.
The rolls here are over the top. Some just sounded too complicated for me, we tried the Super California (good), the Explosion (not for me), the Keith Bridge (the only fried roll I've ever liked). But by far the best was the Windmill roll.
The sushi is expertly rolled & the service is spectacular.

Good sushi, but the price is higher than average. At the same time inside very basic interior.
