TRAINING OPPORTUNITY - getting pizza on Halloween is crazy, get that... please manage expectations!

- called 5:23pm to order pizza and wings, informed it would be 35 minutes
- arrived 5:50pm, packed full of people, informed 10-15 more minutes
- lots of people leaving with 10 to 30 boxes, asked how much longer at 6:15pm, informed they will expedite and maybe 15 more minutes
- asked 6:30pm if it was ready, I have to be somewhere at 6:45pm. Informed it wasn't even in the oven left so canceled order

Don't tell customer 35 minutes when it will be over 1 hour. I would have been fine going somewhere else to pick up food if they were too busy, instead of wasting time driving there and waiting around.

I know they were SLAMMED! Just tell people that. Set guidelines in place, like if you're going to order more than 5 boxes, it must be placed and paid 24 hours in advance.

I came to know about this place by luck as was in the area and was looking for pizza option. Was surprised as prices were reasonable, friendly customer service and good quality service and good quality pizzas and wings

We door dashed this place and oh my gosh 🤤🤤🤤🤤😋😋😋.
I NEVER EAT PIZZA!!! However, I COULDNT RESIST RIVERSIDES PIZZA!!!!! This is a must try! I won’t be ordering from anywhere else, ever again!!!
