Just happen to drive by this place while in Cumming Ga and stopped for lunch first time here. I was not disappointed. The salad was great with Thousand Island. Ordered the Hamburger Steak special of the day with baked potato. Place stayed 80% full of folks with a steady stream of people. Ran out of bakes and gave me onion rings. Food was great. Steak cooked MW and a grill taste was amazing. Rings were perfect, but I couldn’t finish them b/c I was full. Tea was grand....
Took a group of special needs adults to Roosters Cafe. They are so kind! They let them all take the time to order, change their minds and reorder. The portions are big. The all you can eat spaghetti is huge. I had a hot dog and it was big and tasty.
Nice decor, comfortable booth, moderate price, friendly, efficient waitress, food came to us quickly and tasted good. I had "Rooster Stew" which was a tangy Brunswick Stew with ample beef and chicken. There was a lot of vinegar in the recipe and it had a very strong "tang", which nearly too much.
