The Wait was worth it. It says 15 Minutes and it was about that. Scott was on his A Game had me thinking I was in Chi Town the atmosphere was that of being in the Windy City. Scott explained the process of how the Pie was made the Cheef Sandwich I had was more than enough. Pizza wasn't my favorite. Crust was not too thin and too soft for my taste. Kids hot dog were all beef and the stuff jalapeño peppers were great. Friendly staff. Live music area is little tight, not for big crowds.

What a dump this place has turned out to be! We walked in around 8:45pm to find the dining area about 1/4 full and trash all over the floor! The "host" was just sitting there on his phone instead of cleaning the floors. Is there no more work ethic is these kids???? As soon as I saw how dirty the floor was I knew I wasn't about to order any food so we walked over the bar area to scope that out. The bar was full and after a few sideways looks from the staff and a few guys at the bar, we decided to leave. Good luck ever getting a dime out of me again!!

During the football season, Rosatis is where you want to be. Great food, awesome atmosphere, and on certain nights, they have a live band. Try the Chicago Deep Dish it's amazing.
