This was my first time here and I truly enjoyed it!
Our server, Daniella was excellent! She helped with drink choices and food choices! (I tried the Rudolph). The atmosphere was very chilled! Love it! My family and I will definitely come back!

This place is great if you've ever wanted to experience what it would be like to have dinner inside a speaker at a Buckhead club in 2009. The absolute freezing temps from the giant bar window being open really added to the winter holiday ambiance. I have no idea what the food tasted like, as all of my senses retreated to somewhere deep in my soul until it was safe to come out again. To their credit, at least now I won't have to deal with small talk at Christmas since I have no voice from two hours of yelling while I attempted conversation with the rest of my table.
They validate parking though, so that's cool.

The food and the atmosphere were great; I love the holiday pop up menu they are doing. However, I do not appreciate being asked to leave by the manager to “accommodate reservations” when my table was a table of paying customers. Me and my friends spent over $250 and were still eating and drinking when asked to leave for no other reason than to accommodate reservations. The manager at least should have asked us to move to the bar area or a smaller table. As a paying customer, I deserve every right to be at that table as the next customer. When I approached the manager he refused to give me his name and I felt that was very rude of him, and only proves my point of him being in the wrong. For reference, my visit was on 12/12 and we were asked to leave between 5:15 and 6:15. This behavior is inexcusable and unjustifiable. I’ve been to several Rreal locations and have always been welcome and accepted without doubt. The fact that we were treated this way is unacceptable and I hope the owners take this into consideration as they review who is managing and operating their restaurants.

I ordered take out from here twice. Service was great and food was even better.
Parking: Shopping center parking so it can be a walk if you don’t find any spots close to restaurant, but there is plenty of parking.
I was excited to try this place.. got a meal that consisted of mostly rice and chicken. I ate all of the chicken but my rice was hard and tasted old. I notified the manager and they didn't offer to do anything about it other than tell me they would make sure to throw the rest out. I didn't expect a free meal but offering to give something else would've been a nice gesture for your paying customer that it was served to. Customer service means more than anything else.
