Thought we would try this place out , we were excited to try the kolaches , we drove 20 mins to get here first words out of the speaker were "we are out of those" . Not a great first impression

Best customer service! They are the kindest people there. Plus the kolaches are amazing!!! Big fan of the donut holes too.

If i could give this place 10 stars I would. The people there are always so kind and friendly. They always ask me how my morning is and to enjoy the rest of the day. The kolaches and donuts are top tier. I’m not a coffee drinker so i can’t advocate in that way, but i’m sure it’s great if it’s anything like their food. There’s a Dunkin right next to it and I would love to see a smaller place like Shipley’s get more business and recognition!

I ordered the new breakfast kolachas and was sorely disappointed. They were more like steamed buns. The filling in the sausage one was unseasoned and the bacon on was so salty I couldn’t finish it. Still love the donuts.

The place was spotless and the lady was still cleaning anyway. I love that. It was so clean! That said, the apple fritter was stale and burnt. The other donuts we got were fair! Donut holes are my favorite and I was not disappointed. The hot coffee was a little on the old side but not bad.

The staff are super nice but the donuts and coffee just are not good. It was cool to try a new chain but it was not a good experience.

Coffee tastes cheap and bland, while their breakfast food and donuts tastes very plain and old.

These Do-Nuts are simply amazing, much better than that place a couple of doors down. And all the workers are extremely nice

They were the nicest people who even tried to make to order some of their items for me. The kolache was the best I ever had.

Disappointed. Sausage kolache just okay and the bun was like a dry hotdog bun.
Apple fritter was burnt. Not sure why it was considered sellable. Will not be back...

Was going to stop by Dunkin’s for coffee, but saw this donut shop right next to them. I always like to try new places. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. I ordered 2 ham & cheese Kolaches and they weren’t bad. I also ordered an apple fritter and a regular large coffee with cream and sugar. The apple fritter was burnt so bad, we had to toss it. The coffee was only half full, extremely bitter with maybe a drop of cream and no sugar whatsoever. I really wanted to like this place, but sadly I don’t think I’ll visit again.
