First time I ever visited this smoothie king I only had $100 bill. I presented it to the cashier nicely stating I hate to give you this and she said well I hate to break it to you. We don’t take those that was fine. This is now the second time I’m ordering from there scheduled my smoothies to be picked up at 3:45 called both numbers on Google. No one answered I let it ring for seven minutes disappointed from someone who has worked in Customer Service. This is not how you treat people buying smoothies from your business all the time.

Most of the time we have a great experience! However the last time we picked up smoothies from here, there was plastic in my husband’s smoothie. 🤢 I reached out to the main website with no response.

Grace and her team always make visiting a pleasure. They make the smoothies fast and are very consistent with the finished product. Some other smoothie shops are not as attentive to detail as this Smoothie King.
