Just a warning: They close 20 minutes before they advertise. I recommend tropical smoothie which is 5 minutes down the road!

Very bad service. They didn't even acknowledge my presence, but spoke to the white guys they came in after me. I stood there for at least 3 minutes with no one else in the store. I gave the young lady every chance to just acknowledge me.The bathrooms were nasty with used feminine products in the toilet. I will never go back again, and first thing in the morning, I'm calling their corporate office

I am a semi regular customer of this location and overall I like it, but going forward I am weary to return. I am allergic to bananas and most of the time they are good about honoring my request for no bananas, but this morning (Monday 11/7/22) the boy working the counter put bananas in mine when I requested none. This is not the first time this has happened at this location (never happened at another location). I am not that upset and do not want him getting in trouble (it seemed like he was having a bad morning and was not in a great mood, so I get it since bad days happen to everyone but this is a matter of food safety), but I would like to see better training because allergies are a big deal. I actually had hoped to find an email for the location so I could keep this private but I could not find one and it is importantto me that this location knows so that proper allergy/food safety training can be done. I could not taste the bananas so I was unaware until I began having an allergic reaction. Please do better, it is very serious when establishments that handle food ignore customer requests. If you go to this location and have allergies keep a close eye on what they are doing, for the time being this is not a location you can trust with your safety.

Went in around 7:30p for a 20oz smoothie. No other customers were present and it didn’t appear the two employees had any other orders in hand. The employees were in the back room for about 5 minutes talking. I finally walked out with my smoothie 10 minutes after I placed the order.

This is the worst location ever. I have given it many tries and each time they are rude and not pleasant at all. Plus they don’t ever make my simple smoothie right. After bringing it to their attention 2 weeks ago, a manager was supposed to call me back but never did. Then when I finally went to the store I told them about my bad tasting smoothie and they wanted me to pay full price. I told her why would you expect me to pay when your manager was already supposed to refund me but never reached back out. Her response was “so you want it free”. As if she’s doing me a favor. You took my money last visit for a non-edible smoothie and you have the audacity to charge me for the fixed one. The girls there have no clue how to deal with customers and how to rectify issues. Why is there not anyone working that can take care of these type of issues??Also, they have a really bad knat problem. I saw atleast 30 hanging on top of all the uncovered fruit/toppings. Disgusting. I will never be back!

Stopped in to get a smoothie. There were four people in line ahead of me. It took about 10 minutes to get my order. The customer service was good and the store was clean. I frequent them often and will definitely go back.

I have come into this location a couple times and the staff is just goofing off it's very messy the staff was talking inappropriately behind the counter one employee it was wearing such short shorts that her butt was hanging out in the bottom and she was leaning up against the counters with her butt they were out of lids so she went to the back to get lids came out twirling the lids above her head it just was a very unprofessional environment
