This used to be the best, I have been a customer since 2023. This am and several others I wait more than 9 minutes past the expected pick up time, at 6:30 am. I’ll need to find a better location, so I’m not running late in the am. No smiles, they no longer know my name. Too bad they let the good people go.

I have a favorite drink at Starbucks, it's an iced matcha latte with chocolate foam and oat milk. I have tried this in different Starbucks. This Starbucks is one of the best I have been to. The service is very nice.

She took my order and make conversation with me her smile and persona made me start smiling and feel better

The line took forever. I was overcharged for my coffee and it didn't taste good. The smallest drinkncost $5+ and they charged $10+. No receipt was given.

The quality at this location is very inconsistent. I always order the same drink: a grande salted caramel cream cold brew, no ice. The ratio of foam to coffee is always inconsistent. Maybe it's just me, but half coffee-half foam doesn't seem right. There's soo much foam or cream in the coffee that it's white. Where's the coffee?
