This Starbucks is one of the worst I’ve been to. They are extremely slow and don’t even bother going through the drive thru you’ll be there 20 minutes. My drinks are NEVER consistent and I’ve had to throw away many of them due to awful taste which is unfortunate because I love my Starbucks drinks and don’t get this experience at any other than this one.

This used to be the best, I have been a customer since 2023. This am and several others I wait more than 9 minutes past the expected pick up time, at 6:30 am. I’ll need to find a better location, so I’m not running late in the am. No smiles, they no longer know my name. Too bad they let the good people go.

I have a favorite drink at Starbucks, it's an iced matcha latte with chocolate foam and oat milk. I have tried this in different Starbucks. This Starbucks is one of the best I have been to. The service is very nice.

Waited in line for 20 minutes got to window an she wouldn't take my 100.00 dollar bill I had no other way 2 pay an left empty handed I called store to speak with manager an mal answer an ask if she could help explain the situation an she made it right gave me a free drink thanks mal an Starbucks if u reading this she deserves a raise awsome customer service thanks Randy
