Worst service, ordered a medicine ball
Which they made it mostly with hot water and less lemonade. They left the cup unattended without serving it for more than 10mins because of which the cup got soaked and started leaking when they delivered it. Whey I asked for a new one they are rude.

I know people work for paycheck but customer service is the key which they forget

Waited 20 mins for a coffee. There was one person in front of me when I walked in. By the time I got the coffee it was so full of syrup flavorings I felt nauseous. 2nd bad experience here, seems to be a trend with locations inside a Kroger.

Definitely don't order when you see the middle-aged lady with a Russian-like accent working. She's ALWAYS messed up my drink every time and took forever to take orders too. And when I asked if she could adjust it, she said no I gotta pay more as if I didn't already paid $7+ for her to mess up the first one.

Honestly most people there don't really make good drinks at all. I only order when the young black-hair guy with beard works there (sorry I don't know his name)

True Reviews

Consistently bad service. Either they close early, run out of product or are grossly understaffed. The understaffing is the responsibility or the area manager, who has the same issue with other in Kroger Starbucks stores, she should have been terminated years ago, she is rude to customers and employees. Better to drive to the Starbucks on bethelview and hwy 9 or the one on browns bridge road and 400.

This is absolutely the worst Starbucks probably on earth. They are either closed early or don’t have the product you want always waiting on the truck to get there. They closed at 2 o’clock this past Saturday. they closed early today which is Monday. The only reason I bother is because they are half a mile from my home. BTW they are located inside Kroger and it’s the absolute worst Kroger around as well. Sorry to be such a Debbie downer but it’s the truth . i’m not even gonna bother anymore. I’m just gonna go to the other end of Bethelview where the service is great products are great that goes for Kroger and Starbucks neither

Horrible star bucks I have ever come across. I always get an Americano with steamed heavy cream. The guy made something, I don't know what it is. But it just tasted like milk and hot water. I asked him to remake it and it was even worse the second time. I don't even believe this store employs people who have any idea about how to make coffee. If you are a Starbucks fan never go to this store. You will change your mind about Starbucks like I am.

Can we please stop accepting online orders to this location...I just left after waiting 15 mins, took my son to his speech therapy down the street...his speech therapy lasts 30 mins and I've spent 15 so far waiting again...haven't been greeted, there's no one here but me, and somehow she's making like 5 other drinks before even acknowledging I'm here...?‍♀️...in person customers shouldn't have to come 2nd to people that aren't even here who's drinks end up sitting till they finally arrive...this isn't the first time and unfortunately it won't be the last until in person customers get priority or they hire another full time employee to help out where needed...there's usually 2 here even though shes alone at the moment but really I think they need 3...1 to do online only, 1 to do in person drink making, and 1 to run register and help both others catch up when she has time in between...
