This is a very good Starbucks and I always get very good drinks here, the people here are very nice as well. Leave it to Starbucks for the best espresso that wakes you up!

This has to be the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Lady in the front was not pleasant at all. She was very rude and gave my sisters and I the rudest stare while we were placing the order. All she said was “anything else”. When she gave us our drinks she literally just tossed them with no eye contact. I, still after this interaction told her thank you and to have a nice day and all she did was walk away. The absolute worst. I know we are human and all have bad days but this is unacceptable. I hope people see this before coming in to avoid the dissatisfaction.

I've only been to this starbucks three times and have had to pursue a refund two out of those three times. Once they made my drink incorrectly, but I grabbed it on the way out and didn't notice it was wrong until I was out the door.The second time their machine was broken, but since I placed a mobile order I didn't know before paying, then had to go to the Kroger customer service desk to get a refund. Unfortunately, Kroger customer service can't refund if you used Starbucks rewards stars, so my rewards were just wasted.Won't be ordering from here again.

This starbucks is my favorite! Everything is fast, efficient and delicious! The service is incredible and the employees are always so kind and willing to remake drinks. Highly reccomend it!! It was my birthday and Miranda was willing to make me a Hello Kitty Frappe!! So yummy

I LOVE coming to this Starbucks! Service is quick and drinks are always delicious. My barista, Miranda, offered to give me one of her HAND DRAWN, BEAUTIFUL coffee cups! It MADE my morning!!!!! I included a picture of it below. TALENT! LOL! So tropical! HIGHLY recommend.

I love going to Starbucks. Something about their coffee that's better than most places. This one is at the Krogers store. For some reason, Kroger Starbucks staff seems to get the order right more often than the Starbucks locations. My wife will only get coffee at Krogers. The staff is friendly. It's like \"Cheers\" for coffee instead of a bar. They know my name and what I like.
Employees are clueless and can't complete an order. We had to pay twice and the order was still incomplete.

Once again, we came by Starbucks for our after dinner coffee and once again they were closed early. The app clearly shows 8pm but we have not found that to be the case in quite some time. Tonight sign was up stating they were closing at 2pm. There are alternatives and that’s what we’ll be doing going forward.

Love love Starbucks! But every time I come to this location there is always this one kid (same one) who absolutely rude and slow. He is condescending and laughs when he knows he is being rude. It’s very off putting. I didn’t get his name but he was there at 12 pm. I rather drive up the street to a real Starbucks and not be uncomfortable every time I go there. Last time I was here I was gonna write a review about him but I keep making excuses, but when my mobile pick up order got canceled because they closed down for a break, his attitude was tip of the ice berg.
