We go to this Starbucks almost daily. Normally it is great. Today I went ant 3:30pm and everyone there was new. The young man working the drive thru was the rudest kid. Get rid of him.

This is the worst Starbucks I have visited, from the moment the lady arrived she was in a hurry and opened my eyes and there was no one in line, she came for 4 drinks, which two she could not make them because there was no ingredient and she did not offer me other options this had never happened to me before, I asked her for other drinks and she said no, that she only had what was on display above her, when she gave me the drinks she threw them, your problems leave them at home the customers are not to blame for that, it seems to me that this type of staff should not have it in CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had an unpleasant experience at this place, the lady who served me was very rude, she rushed me to order my drinks, she did not make me the drinks I asked for, and when she gave me the drinks she did it in a bad way, I love Starbucks but do not come to this location if you want to have a bad time.

If I could give zero stars I would. I made a purchase of two drinks and a sandwich, from the moment I arrived to place the order the girl who served me was very rude, there were no people in line and she rushed me in a very horrible way to place my order and when I requested my drink without ice told me that he would only give me half the glass and he rolled his eyes, when he handed me the drink he just threw it at the counter and when I opened my sandwich I realized that he had not put the meat either, I will never buy at this location again.

It's starbucks so you expect the same taste everywhere. Nope. Twice we have ordered different things and they are so bad. Service is worse if you believe it. Eye rolling, acting/talking like we are stupid, no thank you.

This is a very good Starbucks and I always get very good drinks here, the people here are very nice as well. Leave it to Starbucks for the best espresso that wakes you up!

This has to be the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Lady in the front was not pleasant at all. She was very rude and gave my sisters and I the rudest stare while we were placing the order. All she said was “anything else”. When she gave us our drinks she literally just tossed them with no eye contact. I, still after this interaction told her thank you and to have a nice day and all she did was walk away. The absolute worst. I know we are human and all have bad days but this is unacceptable. I hope people see this before coming in to avoid the dissatisfaction.
BUSY spot so we parked and went in. Such friendly service here with festive, happy attitudes. Definitely not ignored like some locations tend to be with how busy it gets.

I've only been to this starbucks three times and have had to pursue a refund two out of those three times. Once they made my drink incorrectly, but I grabbed it on the way out and didn't notice it was wrong until I was out the door.The second time their machine was broken, but since I placed a mobile order I didn't know before paying, then had to go to the Kroger customer service desk to get a refund. Unfortunately, Kroger customer service can't refund if you used Starbucks rewards stars, so my rewards were just wasted.Won't be ordering from here again.

This starbucks is my favorite! Everything is fast, efficient and delicious! The service is incredible and the employees are always so kind and willing to remake drinks. Highly reccomend it!! It was my birthday and Miranda was willing to make me a Hello Kitty Frappe!! So yummy

I LOVE coming to this Starbucks! Service is quick and drinks are always delicious. My barista, Miranda, offered to give me one of her HAND DRAWN, BEAUTIFUL coffee cups! It MADE my morning!!!!! I included a picture of it below. TALENT! LOL! So tropical! HIGHLY recommend.
