I ordered a cup of cold coffee with venti size. It says 24 oz, but I have a glass bottle that is 24 oz too, when I finished the cup of coffee, I put water with the cup and then pour it into my bottle, it only fits 2/3 cups of my glass bottle. It means that the cups in Starbucks are much less than regular size. I think the venti size with cold coffee is only 20 oz, not 24 oz.
It's starbucks so you expect the same taste everywhere. Nope. Twice we have ordered different things and they are so bad.

Home of the coffee-Zilla! Know your order, Say your Order. Hesitate, and you might as well go to the back of the line. Whether that’s a good thing or not is up to you. Actually, there’s more people waiting than I usually see, so maybe it’s not working out
