I feel nine dollars for a coffee is outrageous, and then the pressure push of also wanting a tip on top of that!!!!!????? If you want your employees to make more....PAY THEM MORE.....don't try and make a cup of coffee for 10-15 dollars!!!!!

This happened on 6/18/2024 (Tuesday) at about 2:35 pm this afternoon:

I usually love going to this specific Starbucks, it's close to my house and the people there are usually so so so kind, unfortunately that changed today. I really think this woman was just having a really bad day, which I can understand, but I do find it unfair to take it out on other people just because you're having a bad day. But who knows, I could definitely be wrong, maybe she's always like this idk. Anyways, I ordered 3 drinks and 2 cake pops. I paid with a $5 Starbucks gift card and then asked to split the remainder between 2 cards - $10 on one of the cards, and the rest of the total on the other card. Pretty simple, or at least I thought? When I asked the young woman about splitting the remaining payments, she said she needed to go get her supervisor. When she came back, with another lady, older than her, I'm guessing maybe around middle age (im not for sure tho, just guessing). The "supervisor" greeted me by saying "So, you don't want to do math?". I was pretty taken aback by her statement, but didn't respond with negativity, I just said "I'd like to do $10 on this card, and whatever is leftover on this other card". So then she handed the card payment thing thru the window and I went to insert my card in the card reader, she then said "it's quicker if you just do tap". I haven't done tap payment a whole lot so I just handed her my card for her to do it on the machine. She ran it, and that was it. I know it wasn't that bad of a situation, however greeting a customer the way she did and just assuming that "I didn't want to do math", is pretty rude in my opinion. I wasn't trying to make it difficult for anyone, but idk I just thought she was really rude and not friendly in any way whatsoever. The other young woman that I originally dealt with was fine, she was very nice. But this supervisor doesn't need to be interacting with customers, just in my opinion. I definitely will not be going back to that location as long as she's there unfortunately. Best of luck.

This is by far my favorite location! Very clean and the the staff is super friendly. I cannot say enough wonderful things about AJ! He is such a joy and definitely look forward to seeing him when coming to this Starbucks!

Went through the drive thru to have a Frappuccino. There were three cars ahead of me, but the wait took forever. The employees are pleasant, but unfortunately, speed has never been a Starbucks priority. The drink was good.
