I visit this location 2–3 times a week and always order the same drink. I usually have a good experience, but this morning was different. There was clearly a mix-up with my order through the mic system, but I know what I requested. Instead of simply saying, “I didn’t hear that,” the employee responded with comments like, “You didn’t ask for that,” and “You need to speak up,” which is not something I wanted to hear first thing in the morning. The other employees are always very kind, and I will continue coming—I just hope I don’t encounter this issue with her again.

Great staff and service. I always order on the app and pick up in the drive thru when on the way to work in the mornings. Some of the staff know me by name/order so now when I pull up to the menu board to let them know I'm there I get a nice greeting that makes me smile and makes it a good start to my day
