Really impressed with the food here. The tallow cooked fries and burger stood out right away. The Birthday Cake shake was excellent. Drive thru service was fast and friendly. Had a small issue with the Diet Coke and they fixed it immediately. Will be back.

Only went here because the Canes was too crowded… We will not make that mistake again! If you’re going to remove 90% of the human element (have to order yourself at a kiosk, use a QR code at a scanner next to fountain drink machine, seat yourself etc.) during the 30 mins of waiting for our food, in a half full restaurant, we never saw one table get cleaned, or the floor cleaned. Absolutely no employee presence. If this is what you present to the customer, imagine what we do t see. Hands down the worst SnS we’ve ever visited. WE WILL NOT RETURN!

All the positive steps Steak n Shake has made over the last few years, whatever this location is doing, has set them back. First time I’ve been in a fully automated (server-less) location , and will definitely be our last. Only employees in the place were the two cooks and one person calling out order names (no one cleaning tables) They even have the nerve to ask for a tip on a process you do 95% of the work. This was the furthest from a traditional Steak n Shake experience I’ve had. We will not be back.

Food was really good but really dissatisfied with the new order format and making it so difficult to get drinks. (Have to scan a code didn’t work had to get maneuver etc) Sad that a cup drink is worth loosing customers over.

There is no service at all at front counter. Food was not great. Entered at opening floors were so greasy it was hard to stay on feet entering men’s room. I have been to other Steak and Shake restaurants always was pleasant. I would not recommend this store to anyone and believe it gives Steak and Shake a bad reputation! I remembered after walking in I tried before here about a year ago and walked out after standing in front for several minutes and was not served or greeted at all.

This was our 1st time to check it out. They had a place you own order screen that was flithy dirty. No service but they ask you to tip 🤷♀️. I got a burger my son got a bacon burger. They called our name. We got our own food own drinks. I threw up later on my son had diarrhea. We won't be back.
