I just got a milk shake but it was divine. The only problem I had was trying to use the kiosk and there is no greeting, offers to help or warm friendly service. You just put in your order, pay, find a table and wait for your name to be called. First time I've been in years so that was different. I plan to go back and at least try the food but for now the shake was great!

Good fast food is really hard to find. Walked inside to a perfectly clean environment. Staff interactions were awesome too! Fries were fresh and cooked in clean oil. The burger was cooked prefect. I’ll make a point to eat here when I’m in the area. This is a hidden gem.

Steak and shakes company policy is they do not accept $100 bills. One you should never turn down cash and 2 you should probably have a sign out front that says that.
The moroccan young lady was very courteous and super helpful and polite.that made my experience wonderful.thsnk you:marrakech....

As a previous employee I can suggest people do NOT eat at this restaurant. The new owner John is a horrible manager and treats his employees poorly by accusing them of stealing food. This place is constantly filled with employees not following proper food handling protocol and the new owner John does nothing about it except sit in the back office. This restaurant has been shut down several times due to sewer back up in BOTH bathrooms. There has been only 1 operational fryer for almost a year. Shakes are not being treated properly for people with peanut allergies. This place needs serious work and needs to be shut down until proper ownership can be found. Employees are being abused by corporate and ownership and accusing of things unimaginable.

I moved down south from NE in 2020 and lived near steak and shake for almost 3 years now. Yesterday I gave this place a try and it did not disappoint. It beats all other fast food burger joints and to top it off with a variety of shakes available. Man how did I not visit earlier. I will be getting more occasionally.
