Horrible customer service!!!! Would give a zero
Worst store and employee tonight can't be even a greeter. I had an online order which was scheduled for 7:45 and when I went early he said he can't make it early. Went back at 7:45 he said we ran out of items for your sandwich and for refund you have to call the manager tomorrow.

my wife has gone to Subway last couple weeks. they were out of fountain coke, out of other soda in cooler. Out of a lot of chips. When wife handed server coupons, she stated could on use 1 coupon even though we ordered 2 different sandwiches. another time. again using coupons on 3 different sandwiches. the total didnt show using coupons. When wife inquired server said i entered the coupons. when she tired asked again he brushed her off and proceeded to next customer. on Friday 8/29, wife was in line when another customer walked in. He asked if his call in order was ready. Server stated no it wasnt because she was only person working. My wife informed the server too go ahead and fix his order because he was on lunch hour. she said NO you were first and wife said please fix his order he ' is on his hunch hour '. Server let out grunt and fixed his order.

This is by far the worst Subway. I ordered a sandwich on the app and when I got to the store, the sandwich was not made because they had run out of printer paper. Secondly once I told them the order, they couldn't make it because they did not have the bread nor the meat for that sandwich. Go anywhere else.
My son and I ordered two subs last night, one was the meatball, which we split, and the other was turkey and cheese. He woke up this morning violently ill and think it was directly related to something he ate. While I didn’t get sick like he did, I felt nauseous very soon after eating the meatball sub. I didn’t eat the turkey so I’m suspicious it could have been that. I’ll be calling the manger to let them know but please beware of possible food contamination.

The employee was alone during lunch rush. You could tell she was frazzled but was still polite. There were 3 people in front of me and 3 behind. Everyone was very patient and polite. When my turn came I said I needed 4 footlongs (which only would have been meat and cheese if I'd gotten to order, so very simple sandwiches) she huffed and threw her gloves down and rolled her eyes at me. I just said nevermind and walked out. I was a subway manager for 5 years so I know what it's like to work lunch rush alone. But that was some of the rudest service I've ever seen or dealt with. The quality of food at this location is the only reason I'd come back, but I will not be served by that woman.

They dont follow the store timings and close the store soon. Happened couple of times.

No matter what time you go, the bread is always hard.
They closed the gate at 8:30pm. They told me that they "officially" close at 9pm but close the gate at 8:30 so they can clean up in last half hour.Update your store timings to 8:30pm.
They closed 40 minutes before they supposed to do not a good costumer service IMO
There was this guy saying he was on “break” yet he was talking to a walmart employee and when we spoke up about him he said “i know there’s a line let me enjoy my break” to my grandma and grandpa
