Yet another that separates meat. They unroll the cold cut and half the meat so they can making more money. Once again screwing the costumer at a higher cost. And they even have a solid top over the meat against the glass so you cannot see it at all.

I have NEVER done this BUT, I have to warn people about the Subway at the corner of Bethelview Rd and Hwy 20 (aka Canton Hwy.) At around 8:15 tonight I went inside the subway restaurant and ordered a sandwich to go with chips and a drink as well as a cookie. This was a splurge for me as I have been trying to eat healthier and lay off the carbs so I was really looking forward to this. I started my order and first of all they were out of all the bread, except cheese bread, and white. No big deal, I took the cheese bread. I asked for the ingredients I wanted (which all looked old and wilted but Im hungry so not being picky) and with every ingredient the gentleman who I assume is the owner behind the counter barely put anything on the sandwich and I had to keep saying could you please add a little more. Then I get to the drink machine and there’s only three drinks out of the six or eight choices. Finally, I get home starving and exhausted with my sandwich looking forward to a cheat day and the bread is so stale it literally crunched and crumbled apart around the edges and is so chewy I can’t even eat it. I called the store and politely explained what was going on and the gentleman immediately started saying, “no no no the bread was fresh!) Then another man came to the phone and I told him I wanted my money back that my meal was completely in edible. He told me the only way he was going to refund my money as if I brought the sandwich back to let him see. I told him I’m exhausted, hungry and now irritated and that would be an extra 15-20 minutes by the time I put clothes back on as I am now in my pajamas and drive up there. He refused to refund my money. Do not give these people your hard earned money!! I tried to give them a chance to make it right and all they wanted to do was argue with me and basically called me a liar. Oh well, I didn’t need all those carbs anyway. Going to bed hungry. One of the WORST subway i have ever been.

I have been couple of times and Food is Horrible and smells bad - Quality of lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes everything was bad and my daughter trashed the food.

During my 3rd visit I have seen roaches near the cheese and lettuce and it was disgusting.

I literally showed the owner on the roaches and he ignored and went inside and sent some other lady and she does not speak english.

Please avoid this place.

Service- before this previous owners they were really good. Looks like the new owners who just bought are horrible. They are cheap. Learn to respect customers and try to give the best service.

Food- it is just a trash they are reusing and I don’t see any fresh vegetables salad etc.

Overall it’s pathetic

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AND I WILL PREFER GOING TO ANOTHER SUBWAY NEAR CANTON TOWARDS CUMMING.

I have been getting very less amount of veggies in the subs that I am ordering and when I requested at the subway location they argued, fought & humiliated in front of other customers and also said that they have shortage of vegetables coming to the branch. Horrible experience.

I was up there on Monday May 20th. Got ready to pay for my sandwich and we got to talking about my tattoos and then the lady working got to talking about my rings. Well I paid for my sandwich and the change I got back I put in there tip jar. Not realizing my ring fell off until I got home. I went right back up there and they where closed. So I go back the next day telling what had happened and they told me that they where no ring in there. So I was crying and fussing about what had happened and told them that was the only place I've been. I left my wallet on Tuesday like I said I was SO upset that I turned around and walked out. Left my wallet on the counter. I turned around when I got home and realized what had happened. Got back they told me they was no wallet left there. Let me remind you that was the only place I went. I recently placed an online order with some specific customization instructions, and they absolutely nailed it. Not only did they get every detail right, but they also managed to do it with such finesse that it felt like my sandwich was tailor-made just for me. The fact that they paid such close attention to my special instructions speaks volumes about their dedication to customer satisfaction.

If you don’t know how to make your own subs then you should learn. Learn what goes on each sub and if there is something that someone wants or doesn’t want on the sub don’t be rude about it. I have an allergy to raw onions and when I requested no onions the person was so rude about it. They also argued about pickles on the sub. The Great Garlic does not come with pickles.

If you can, avoid this store. I picked up 2 foot long, bread wasn’t event toasted, I felt like eating sub out of refrigerator. Store employees weren’t even ready to listen the customer feedback and very rude.
