I am not one to eat fast food weekly or write reviews. I always give places the benefit of the doubt as much as I can but with the disrespect and total disregard that I have received from the employees of Taco Bell, its about time someone points it out... What a miserable miserable establishment. I have ordered on Uber Eats from this location multiple times. It ALWAYS shows up extremely late (its not because of Uber). I even had a conversation with the Uber Eats driver who was livid at the staff for taking 40 minutes to make 2 burritos... I have also been to this establishment on multiple occasions and sat in line for 30 minutes or more with only 2 or 3 other people in line. Once you get up to the window to see what could possibly be taking so long you see employees laughing and playing on their phones while 1 or 2 people take their sweet time putting your order together. This one and the one in Cumming, GA will both be getting a review from me as they both have HORRIBLE customer service and take forever to make minor orders. It seems that Taco Bell in general does not care about their customers at all. They hire people that do not care about customers and clearly have ZERO customer service training. Unless you want to almost guarantee you're going to wait 30-40 minutes for a $2 burrito and a $2 taco that they charge you $25 for, then stay away!

8/13/2025 Husband stopped by the Taco Bell - Hwy 20 Samples Road for takeout late evening on way home. I texted him my list of usual tacos along with the new Taco Bell Chipotle Grilled steak burrito and usual Strawberry Passionfruit Agua Refresca drink. When he gave me my drink, it was very obvious it was NOT Strawberry Passionfruit Agua Refresca. It was no where close to being anything strawberry! What I got was a weird mix of 3/4 watered down clear concoction with very little orange mess in bottom of glass and asked him what is this? I literally sent him a text with picture of the drink and he said that was what Taco Bell gave him at the register. He said cashier even had the picture. Now tell me how did Taco Bell even make such a huge mistake like this? And to make matters worse there was some floating white square bits of freeze dried something other in the drink. I tasted it and immediately poured it out. NOT Strawberry Passionfruit Agua Refresca! Also took a bite of the limited edition Avocado Ranch Crispy Chicken taco, the chicken strip was so tiny and hard, did not even fill the taco as it was half size of pinkie finger! Told my husband please do not stop by that Taco Bell anymore. It was way too much money spent and not get what I ordered. I have had it with this Taco Bell - Hwy 20 Samples Road cheating me on my orders. Taco Bell used to be good place where my husband and I meet up to eat but no more. Just close this Taco Bell down already!

Spent $30 on 2 meals tonight. Requested no tomatoes on Mexican pizza, seems like intentionally loaded my pizza with tomatoes. Totally missed sour cream in tacos, was all over the side of the wrapping paper. Drive thru was NOT busy we were the only vehicle at 8 PM pulling in. Highly disappointment specially with how expensive the meal was to be this mid.

The staff is very friendly and attentive at this location. I appreciate that they have the “build your own” options on the app because lots of other locations are limiting those options. This is my go-to Taco Bell right now because of this. With the handful of times I’ve been here, my order has always been correct, the portions are full, and the food is delicious.

This must be run by the kindest staff of any taco bell I have ever seen. We ordered a lot of food and unfortunately much of it was wrong and this was the only TB to have ever offered a refund as well as making the food again. Its been about 30 years of eating TB and this was the only location to have ever offered to make things right. The staff were so kind, apologetic, and corrective with any mistake. I appreciated this more than anyone could ever know. The food was brilliant in quality and actually filled unlike other locations. My full praises to this location.

Incredibly slow. Only 4 people total in the drive through in front of us when we arrived with no one inside. It took almost 30 minutes to go through the drive through. Do not recommend if looking for fast food. Skip it
