Rude and always take forever. They said I couldn’t use my rewards except on the app when I’ve literally used them on in person orders before. She played dumb like she didn’t know what I meant too.

First time here, drive thru, got my favorite black bean crunchy taco with chipotle sauce and a caramel apple empanada. Excellent 👌👍. Line moved quick and friendly service at the window. Will return!!

i usually always go to this taco bell and every time it’s something different they are very inconsistent. i Got a taco supreme with no lettuce and a chicken quesadilla with extra jalapeño sauce. The taco was Put together very sloppy , by the time i could even get it out the wrapping all of the ingredients fell out. the quesadilla was even worse. i wasn’t cooked all the way through and the creamy sauce actually tasted gross.

I mean I get how depressing it could be to work at my local Taco Bell during a night shift, but can truly say I’m surprised every single person in there including employees were higher than a hot air balloon. It literally took 45min. I’m at least happy after we got the manager’s attention twice, we finally got it.

This location had been struggling for a VERY long time, however it appears to have made a full 180 at this time.

The afternoon and late night shift has been on it consistently. Orders were always correct, came out quick and staff is friendly and helpful, polar opposite to the last few years.

Extremely impressed with the current staff!

Seem to consistently have issues with order accuracy.

Edit: I've been here twice now where they're stating no drive through and kiosk only for service. This is absurd. Taco Bell, pay people enough to attract the labour you need to run a proper business.

Update to my update - trash, just an absolute trash. The only thing keeping people coming here is the brand name. This place doesn't deserve anyone's business at this point.

Love Taco Bell! How ever this Taco Bell needs better management, once they told me at drive thru they wasn’t taking any orders because they had been too busy they had to restock! WOW!!!

I haven't been to Tbell in years. Went tonight and now wish I hadn't. How could it be that bad. The girl at the windows was nice, the food was indescribably terrible. All I can say is wow.

Had the worst experience on the drive through I've ever had. I want to put my order in. Could not hear the person at the other end. Drove up to the window and she started yelling at me what? Would I want and for no reason at all? I put my order in with her and she still was yelling at me. So I said I'm going.
To report you, call the store spoke to the manager. A manager apologize and she from Atlanta. That's how she talks. So you as a manager are gonna be putting a rude person to greet your customers You yourself as a manager should be fired And by the way, I'm from Atlanta also, and I don't speak like that too customers or people. That's a very sorry. Excuse I would not be coming back and I don't recommend anybody to stop here.
