Not one to write reviews but tonight was frustrating. I had placed a DoorDash pickup order for myself because it was cheaper and faster than the delivery option. I got to the drive-thru line, said I had a DoorDash pickup order, and they told me to pull forward (never saying I needed to come inside). There was an extremely long wait from the cars in front of me, so I didn’t make it to the window for a while. After all that, they tell me that I needed to come inside because it’s a DoorDash order. The majority of my order was ready except the drink. Their only explanation of why they couldn’t hand it to me is “the last time we did it, the guy got extremely mad”. I wasn’t going to take it out on the drive thru workers, but I can say I was frustrated myself. Sharing so this hopefully doesn’t happen to others.

The manager is running the place like he owns it, no one can order at the counter because only 2 employees speak English. Especial orders on drive thru or kiosk only. They screw the order and we ask for the missing item and the manager told us to leave.

This automated order taking thing they have is very annoying. There aren't clear instructions and I know the staff can hear the order and didn't offer to help. The first time I used this machine it kept adding stuff to my order whole I was trying to remove. I eventually got the hang of it but these fast food employees want more money whole everything is automated aside from making the food. Plus they didn't have nachos when they make thme in house. Just was all very annoying b

Locked front door can get in to order food , nasty attitude telling you to go through drive through , long lines going slow , forget even coming to this location , you ever the manager is needs to be fired

We ordered nacho fries and we got regular plain fries, what is the point of having nacho fries in the menu here. We also ordered red hot diablo chicken nacho fries, again we got plain fries with hardly 2 pieces of chicken i don’t understand what are they trying to save here. We are not getting what we paid for.
