I love Taco Bell. This new location delivers on consistent food preparation and friendly staff. However, the building has very little seating and nowhere to wait for your togo orders. This leaves everyone awkwardly milling about waiting for their names to be called so they can get out of there. The building looks like a nightclub. I call it Disco Bell now.
I went late one day to this location and I've never felt more like living mas than after meeting the staff here. They were so nice and patient even though I had a pretty big order with lots of customizations. They made sure that everything was correct and made me feel welcome with smiles. Sheri was so sweet and Vicky was very efficient, making sure my order got to me as quickly as possible. My food was hot and delicious and correct. I 100% recommend this location to anyone...
Just tried the new Taco Bell in Cumming. Used the drive-thru. I had trouble hearing the young lady on the speaker, but we got it figured out. The food came quickly, tasted good. No complaints.
