This was our 4th time here. The last time the wait was too long, chipped glass, food order was wrong. Wade, a manager gave us what we were told was a $25 gift card. Today was a long wait, a wait for food then an even longer wait (in the rain on porch) for our to go order and check. Then no discount for gift card. Won't be back.

Really bad service this evening on the patio. Kids not properly trained taking orders and running food to wrong tables for drinks, appetizers AND entrees.Had to get a burger redone because touched by another table and then they charged us for both!!!! Going to the next closest TM be aide this is not the 1st time.

Food was fresh. Nice and hot. Tots were freshly cooked and the fish was awesome ..we had Katherine as our server. She was great. Always there for anything we needed. We will try to have her the next visit.Parking: Parking everywhere.Wheelchair accessibility: Chairs can easily roll in.

Had a party of 11 and the manager reprimanded the young hostess terribly and very loudly right in front of us. He berated that young man and spoke to him as if he was below him. The manager needs to grow up and treat people like human beings who make mistakes. He is not perfect either. If you're going to reprimand an employee do it in private and with tact. A condescending tone is just ridiculous you guys are a regular restaurant it's not like a mistake will kill someone calm down buddy. Y'all need a new manager. 4/19/2024

My party and I witnessed the manager belittling and scolding the host for seating us (party of 11). It left the worst feeling in our chest.The servers and host were doing their absolute best trying to accommodate our big party and we all appreciate them!!

Samantha, our server, was slow, unprofessional, and put my order in late and the food came out wrong. We were also seated for 10 mins before she came over to take our drink orders, and the appetizer and entrees came out all at once.

Definitely a strong representative of tacoMac, which has been around since the early 80s. I also remember back in 1985. I'm going to far Road in Buckhead and eating my first hot wings in the parking lot with plastic tables and chairs. Most likely that was the beginning of taco Mac! Anyways, they're still making the original hot wings super saucy just like they did decades ago. Unfortunately, 50 wings are $75…… They used to be $29? Yeah, thanks to Joe Biden's inflation!!! Seriously ,I will give this location for stars because they have definitely earned it. The waitress was super sweet, and very attentive as I had lunch with my daughter. Good job, Brittany.
