Came to this location for the first time and I was blown away!!!! The food and drinks were excellent but what blew my experience out of the water was the service! Brenden was the best server I’ve ever had at a restaurant hands down. He was so sweet and SERVED DOWN! This is the only Ted’s is the only location I will come to because of Brenden! Give him a raise!!!!

Perfect spot for a date night. Dim lighting and calm atmosphere. My only disappointment was not getting one of the booths. I think they should replace the other tables against the wall with more booths and just keep tables in middle. The old time themed booths was the whole reason I came :( so I was very disappointed
Food was fair for price, cocktails were excellent

Very disappointed this visit. My husband's bison burger was just passable, the salad had brown edges obviously cut with a knife and almost entirely iceberg. My crab cake was fair but nothing we ordered was up to the level we had come to expect.

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and the meat tasted weird. I've never tasted angus ground beef like that before and Im from Texas. Not sure what happened. Needless to say, I wont be coming back here ever. Too bad because inside it was nice.

Great food and staff. Our aunt lives 5 minutes away from here so we always eat here when visiting.

We had a large group dinner here tonight. The service was great. The manager was very attentive. We all had a wonderful meal. They took very good care of us. I would recommend this location! I have been to lots of Ted's restaurants and this one is one of the best.

I had a great visit tonight because of the service by both Miranda, our waitress and Chasity the general manager. I had a piece of salmon that wasn’t as good as I had hoped and they didn’t even flinch to quickly correct it and provide me a newer piece. They were friendly and above all demonstrated excellent customer service.

Exceptional restaurant.
Great lighting, music, food, the whole nine yards.
The food is well prepared (presentation), and the quality is amazing, busting with flavor at every bite. The service has always been top notch when I come here. Servers are friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I gave the food a 4 rating due to the variety of food offered. Not a good spot for vegans, menu includes meats.
This restaurant is good for business meetings, dates, and family time.
I wouldn’t miss out on this restaurant.

We had a really disappointing experience during what was supposed to be a special birthday dinner for my wife. After being seated by the host, the culinary manager, Mr. Lytle, came over and told us we couldn’t have our son’s stroller next to the table and that we needed to move. No booster seat or alternative solution was offered — just a demand that our son be seated on the other side of the table, which wasn’t reasonable or family-friendly.
The situation could have easily been handled with more professionalism and courtesy. It felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I don’t usually write reviews based on bad service alone, but this crossed the line. If you’re in hospitality, it’s important to remember that how you treat guests matters just as much as what comes out of the kitchen.
