We've eaten here about a half dozen times and never had an issue until today.I ordered the steak salad with the Bison steak instead of the beef steak. This made it about a $22 salad and with my appetizer which was a crab cake and my wife's appetizer a basket of potato chips and her chicken sandwich entree the meal cost us over $75. But, the price wasn't the issue. The bison steak was inedible. Every single bite contained some type of fibrous muscle through the steak that made it completely incapable of being chewed. I ended up spitting out three pieces and then took the rest of the steak off of my plate because I simply could not chew it.When I mentioned to our server that the steak was inedible, his response was that this "sometimes happens with our sirloin" . I sort of expected to be comped the extra price for the steak on the salad but the offer wasn't even made. Our server was pretty much there with refills for our drinks but the lack of an offer to comp the meal or speak to the manager is what made me rate this visit a two overall.

Total service was horribleWe were there 1.5 hours for 3 people. Not even a busy night! Will not be back for a long time . Unfortunately, as we have always enjoyed the food prior to this pretty bad experience

Just ate lunch here and I will say first our server was very nice. However we will NEVER go back… Both burgers were overdone which was nice I guess since they put almost raw bacon on my burger… Asked the server for new fully cooked bacon, picture is what the manager returned to the table with. Don’t put raw pork on a sandwich and then bring the customer back the same strips of bacon in a mangled mess with cheese and stuff burnt in it. Take some pride in the food you serve, for that to be acceptable by a managers standards is enough to make me never pay $20 for a burger from Ted’s again. Again my review is for management and the kitchen, our server was nice.

On a weeknight around 7ishpm we had zero wait time for seating in a booth, but it was the last one available at the time. We split the salmon and it was great! (Not overdone, dry, or undercooked. They did ask how well we'd like it cooked and provided an extra plate.) Service was friendly and speedy for bar and food. Atmosphere as expected. Booths comfortable. Drinks were good. (Not too weak or too strong, well brands were decent.) Lighting at table helped older ones read the menu. We didn't have room for dessert.Parking: We went on a weeknight and found parking right close to the door. Restaurant was busy but not overcrowded.

The service was just ok, the food on the other hand was not what we expected, it was ok but nothing out of the ordinary, will not try again.

Haven't been to Ted's in a little while, it was glad to see they are still consistent in service and quality. On a busy Valentine's evening, they were very crowded for 6:20p. We were promptly seated as we had a reservation. We enjoyed cocktails from their varied menu. The Newly Fashioned was a well made Old Fashioned. The Buffalo 41 may sound like it would be an overly sweet coconut it was not. It was served with a nice slice of lemon that when expressed into the drink provided a nice balance. I loved the Southwestern flavors of the Crab cakes with a nice, lightly dressed arugula salad. My husband enjoyed the Bison braised short ribs with creamed potatoes & gravy. Both were offered with roasted broccoli. The broccoli did not seem roasted at all (sad) but Emily promptly rectified our disappointment to offer a substitute. We splurged on the Salt & Pepper Onion Rings, which were most perfect! Emily was on point for such a busy evening. We appreciated her great attitude and knowledge of the menu. Our dining experience did not disappoint!
