Recent trip, last Thursday, August 28th. Went for dinner, didn't get our sides until we got our check. Steaks were overcooked. Waiter must have been waiting on half the tables in our section. Very disappointing.

I had one of the worst dining experiences at Texas Roadhouse. I ordered a New York strip steak medium well, but what I got was a cold, well-done steak. On top of that, the side salad was freezing, like it had just been pulled out of a freezer.
It was obvious the server made a mistake — she even told me my “well-done steak” would be right out, even though I had ordered medium well. When I complained, the manager apologized and promised a replacement “really quick.” After sitting there for 45 minutes, the new steak never came, and the manager never came back to check on me.
Cold food, wrong order, miscommunication, and zero follow-through from management. Completely unacceptable. I left disappointed, frustrated, and still hungry. I will not be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
Management seriously needs to retrain staff on accuracy and communication, as well as improve follow-through in the kitchen. Customers shouldn’t leave a restaurant more frustrated than when they walked in.

Me my fiance and my baby went to go eat dinner with his cousin and their family. Our waiter came brought our drinks and didn’t come back for 30 mins. We ordered coffee when we got our drinks it took her literally 30 minutes to come back and just say they was of coffee (MIND YOU !! I HAVE TIME STAMPS!! We got there 9:30 they closed at 11) we got ONE basket of rolls for a family of 2 when the people up front said the waiter will bring two more. SHE NEVER DID . When we asked for rolls because we’ve been out of them since we got there she said “we don’t have anymore we’re closed”… SHE CAME TO THE TABLE 1 timee!! So why on earth would that be our fault! The server lackeddd service bad! My cousin in law is thinking about calling up there it was so bad!
