My daughter and myself attended Texas Roadhouse on a Thursday and it was packed but they seated us very quickly. Our server was nice and friendly! We lobe the gaming consoles on the table to play! Great for the kids to entertain them:) KYNA was our server and she’s the sweetest! 5 stars! ⭐️

We are visiting for our son’s NPL soccer tournaments and stopped by for dinner. Kaitlyn was our server and she was absolutely amazing. Greeted us perfectly, was extremely sweet to our boys, and even noticed my husband’s firefighter ring, and thanked him for his service. Kaitlyn was funny, and even got my husband and kids hooked on a new salad dressing- mixing the ranch & balsamic together… if you haven’t tried it yet, it’s amazing!
We also met the managers, Caroline & Dudley who stopped by our table and were both very friendly.
The food was amazing, the restaurant was clean, and if you’re in the area, be sure to stop by & ask for Kaitlyn! We will definitely be back! :)

We came into the restaurant at 9:20 at night and they closed at 10….food was great but our waitress halle or someone , was extremely rude and wouldn’t refill drinks after asked multiple times. Our appetizer plates stayed on the table throughout our entire stay. We stacked everything up nicely and put it on the end of the table for her. Made HER job easier. Our food was cold when it came out as well and we had to ask for them to warm it back up for us. When we went to leave she questioned why we didn’t leave a tip and after explaining why she proceeded to say “I make $2.13 maybe don’t eat somewhere you can’t afford”

I ordered take out at 9:50 and it was supposed to be ready at 10:17. I got there at 10:20 and sent the "here" text. I was i formed by auto reply that my order wasn't ready and that they would text when it was ready. After 20 minutes (10:40), I sent another text just to get the same reply. Around 10:50, they started locking up, so I gave it a few more minutes, just thinking they may have been busy. At 11:05, I walked up to the window and asked the young lady waiti g for here ride, becuase they we're now closed, if someone was making my food and she went and got it from the back. This is terrible! No one should have to wait 45 minutes past the time there food is supposed to be done, to get their food.
The food was good, not great and was luke warm.
I won't be back!

Service was awesome, received our drinks and food in a timely manner. I recommend utilizing the online check in, it will cut down your wait at the restaurant. I used it prior to getting there and was waiting for a table for like 5 minutes, on a Saturday evening. Great service, our server was very thorough, wish I could remember her name. Steak and sides were truly cooked/made as ordered. Definitely recommend!
