This is a family restaurant with delicious food and reasonable prices. Most people that complain are the ones that comparing here to their local dishes that are full of spices and different than American Thai. Also, if you guys tip better then may be this restaurant can afford to hire more people. Ironic to see curtain group of people complain the most but yet you see them in this restaurant the most!

I literally was served chicken that was not cooked and food was SO SALTY . I lost my appetite with that & when the waitress asked me if I wanted dessert instead since my food was untouched . At the end , she gave me a bill where my dish was charged as well. I’m just stunned !!!

It’s no wonder this place jams inside and with takeouts. We stopped by and had some curry and the amazing Short Rib. Good Asian beer selection to go with the food as well.

I had such a fantastic experience at Thai Basil! From the moment I walked in, the service was warm and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh ingredients, perfectly balanced flavors, and generous portions. Everything came out hot and beautifully presented. Third visit here and it’s always amazing. First time we sat outside and their patio is so cute with lots of foliage - like a little jungle. Everything is delicious. We love Penang short ribs and duck curry. My husband loves the Tom Yum soup as appetizer or full hot pot. We’ve had the madman curry and catfish dish - what a great offering. Pad Thai is yummy. The service is good and FAST. Just go, you’ll love it.
