Had the worst experience today 11/1/25
When ordering at the drive thru the girl was literally talking to the other girls about something that had nothing to do with work and not paying attention and had to repeat my order and she repeated it correctly. I was 3rd car back from the window and when I got to the window my drink wasn’t even made and they were talking about clothes and other girl and not paying attention to the customer. She says “oh, I meed to make your drink” I ordered an iced caramel coffee and she handed me a hot latte. Starbucks is close by and will get my business from now on.

Let me just say… I never do reviews, only usually when I have a poor experience somewhere. But your employee Caroline just earned you all one. Not only was this my first time at and first impression of a human bean coffee shop, but I had no idea this place even existed. CAROLINE, give this girl a raise. I have never been greeted so warmly and welcoming, casual, and yet still professional, anywhere like this in my life. After getting off a 6-8 hour shift, going to a place like this that still energy and enthusiasm for their job after 5pm was truly refreshing. I felt like I mattered to them, and even though I was just being sold coffee and pastries, I left with much more than what I paid for. I will be back and making this a ritual stop in my LONG drive to and from my work. Truly impressed and grateful for human BEANS like Caroline!

Great service from Reanne! We’ve just moved to the area and have been served by Reanne a few times now, and she is consistently friendly and quick. She has a great attitude that makes short time at the drive-thru experience genuinely pleasant. It’s clear she cares about the customers. My wife and I tried this place for the first time and the coffee was great! Even if the coffee wasn’t great, we would go back solely for the hospitality and friendliness of the staff.
