They never get my order right, when I ask them to remake it they fight with me and have a rude attitude, they gave me the wrong order three times in an hour and when I asked them for the right one they said I ordered it wrong and I showed the receipt and they were not having it.

The food here isn't as good as it used to be, and it's more expensive now. The fried tofu doesn't taste like it used to, and the Japanese rice has no flavor and I felt no good while having it . Even the dessert isn't tasty anymore and changed the way it used to be. The menu hasn't changed, but the food isn't fresh or tasty. I won't be coming back to Tin Drum since there are better places to eat.

I think the quality of the food here has gone considerably down as the prices have gone up. Just not worth it coming here to eat what felt like microwaved food. The pictures of the dishes I posted which were Singapore Noodles and I can’t remember the name of the other dish. The chicken did not have a fresh taste. When I asked for fried tofu, it just felt soggy and heated up quickly. I will not be coming back to Tin Drum now that I know there are so many other places that would have a better, fresher taste. I also left feeling hungry after three hours, so I can’t recommend anymore.

Been waiting now for about 25 minutes to get a order through their kitchen. They make you pay first so it's not like you can leave. Apparently they took a take away order from a call in customer that shut the kitchen down for about 20 minutes just to do that order. Holy cow. Terrible service.

Do not order from this place. Extremely disappointed, ordered on Uber eats only to get uncooked COLD food, and a misssing drink that I paid $8 for.
I got a stir fry and the wok fried chicken wings for $28. The food was okay but the service is definitely below average. I won’t be visiting this location again. I placed an online order with a pick up time of 5:50. I got there at around 5:49, the girl at the front said they were still preparing my order. I waited another 19 minutes before I got my order. I was pretty much ignored the entire 19 minutes while waiting for someone to notice that I still hadn’t received my order. This wasn’t the first time I’ve had this experience at this location, so I won’t be eating here again.

It’s one of our go to Asian Fast Casual Restaurant for several years. Consistent good quality, fresh, and tasty offering. They have a mix of several Asian choices - Chinese, Thai, Korean, Indian, Japanese, etc. you get to customize to your liking.This time we had Bangin Miso Ramen and Thai Basil Fried Rice.We have also liked Singapore Curry Chow Mein, Phuket Woon Sen.Vegetarian options: Most dishes can be customized with Tofu for protein choice.

Overall 3.5, but I really wanted to like it much more than I did. Had coconut soup which had nice flavor, but was warm and undercooked. Also had the crab cheese egg roll which was awesome, and finished it off with Thai Pad Lo mein with chicken. I LOVE super spicy foods and eat jalapenos like chips. HOWEVER, the server said the level 2 (out of 3) was like medium wings. Absolutely not! My mouth burned 20 minutes later, and this level of spice could hurt someone that isn't accustomed to having habanero level spicy. I ate the entire thing and wished the lo mein was cooked more. Awesome flavors, That's why I can't give a 3. The staff needs better training, or they're just lazy and don't prebus the tables even though they leave the table empty handed leaving well places dishes under their nose

Fast & tasty take-out. We have been getting take outs regularly from this location for the last 1 year and we have been having consistently tasty food.A few times that we dined-in, we had great service which was fast and tasty food. Highly recommended it for everyone!
