I ordered a spinach pesto wrap at around 8:50 pm on Aug 30 through drive thru and they did not bother to add any pesto or spinach or red peppers and it was not feta cheese that they added and they did not even bother to cut it in half. They just put egg and some sort of other cheese and threw it on our face. It's not like they were closed, they accepted the offer but treating like this is bad. I used to like tropical cafe but after this experience I don't feel like going back there again.

This place is absolutely a vibe! Tasty and healthy with a great atmosphere! Their smoothies are my go to for when it's hard for me to eat. Always really chill, nice people here!

Bought my food off the app today and added extras to my flatbread and they did not put them on. I paid 2 extra dollars just to not get extras. Maybe $2 doesn’t seem like much but i paid for them so it is very disappointing to not get what i paid for. I don’t live around this tropical smoothie and I have never had problems with mobile ordering for pickup before so I did not think to check. Will not do a mobile order again without checking!!!

This was one of my ideal locations to order food from, it’s something about the young employees work at this restaurant these days. I placed an online order and I arrived a few minutes early to receive my order. None of the staff members greeted any customers, then my order was placed in two separate cubbies. The cubbies were filthy. I won’t be returning to this location.

don’t order the jetty punch first of all i didn’t even order that and it taste like nothing. no bananas what so ever.

3rd time coming to this location and they always mess up the quesadilla.

It's always fluffy,crunchy not enough chicken or cheese.

I eat tropical smoothie all over us and this is the only one that messed up a quesadilla.

I just had the most amazing experience at Tropical Smoothie, thanks to Lilly! She was so professional, friendly, and efficient that I genuinely thought she was the manager. Her attention to detail and positive attitude made my visit unforgettable. Lilly went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and even took the time to make every customer feel welcomed. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it truly shows. Tropical Smoothie is lucky to have her—she’s a star! Honestly, Lilly deserves to be promoted to manager because she already embodies everything a great leader should be.
