Very disappointing late-night experience (12/21/25)
We visited this Waffle House around 11 PM on 12/21/25 with our two children (ages 2 and 10). We arrived first and waited patiently to be acknowledged.
While we were waiting, two separate groups of teenagers arrived after us and were served and engaged with immediately, while we were completely ignored. The server did not acknowledge us at all—not even to say there would be a wait.
After waiting for several minutes without any response, we had no choice but to leave without eating. This was very disappointing, especially with kids late at night.
We understand late-night staffing can be challenging, but being ignored while others who arrived later are served is unacceptable. We hope management looks into this.

Had a really amazing severe at 1:00am so kind so attentive for so late at night!! I don’t know her name but she had brown hair and had it up!! Give her a raise she is awesome!!

Canaan and Meadow were the best workers I’ve ever seen. Service was 10/10 they were both hilarious and sweet. Food was good. Meadow the server was smokin’ hot. Will come back.

I just dined here at about 2pm and Sofia gave me some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant. She was very friendly attentive and offered refills promptly including offering me a Togo drink.

This waffle house is the worst in the area we stayed for 25 min and there were 5 Workers NOT ONE of them bother to come and clean tables. We were ignored and there were tables that needed to be cleaned and none bother to do so. Not only that other customers came in and they also were ignored.

My breakfast was nothing cooked rgt n upset me because my guy friend went bk twice because forgot my drinks n minimgrits n cost me gas n time eggs sucked. . I I wouldn't nvr thought food would taste that way I'm sorry but I feel owed bk same plate the guy would remember . Thanks

Starving on the way from work stopped there at 9pm. All of 5-6 young waiters present are loudly chatting with another half a dozen teen visitors sitting at the counter while I’m sitting for 10 minutes starving waiting for someone to take my order or at least ask what will I drink. Second time I asked if someone will take my order I was told they are busy with food orders in the queue and I have to be patient and will have to wait. Yeah. With two tables busy other than me and the phone order customer sitting and waiting because his order was still not ready when he arrived. Drove one exit down to another WH and was greeted in a minute, my order taken and food served promptly.
