Stopped in at 12:45 on a Saturday. It was busy, but they had it handled well. I sat at the low bar to order a to-go sandwich. While I sat, no orders were called, and some food was going out. After 5 minutes, not a single person even acknowledged me. Not a word. With 4+ people on the floor and 2-3 on the line, I shouldn't have been sat down for 60 seconds without a greeting. Got up and left. Drove to the store on the other side of Cumming and have my sandwich in hand in the time it took to write this review. Y'all are better this. Shameful.

As me and my husband walked in, no one welcomed us in. Everyone just stared at us. So my husband and I just sat in an open booth. The waitress completely ignored us and took other customers orders and gave them their drinks. We felt we were discriminated! This is very unprofessional and unacceptable for us as customers to have decent customer service!!
This is for the girl that took our order on Saturday 10/5 around 10pm. You should be glad I wasn’t there when you scammed my grandfather and gave yourself a big tip. This is disgusting and you should be fired immediately.

We went to the WH on 17(Keith Bridge) we were met with rudeness, no menus, and a 20 minute wait for drinks which still never came so we left. This was our second choice as it was further away but we weren’t disappointed. We were greeted by friendly staff, menus were on the table when we arrived, and there was no wait for anything. The cook was attentive and made sure we had everything we wanted. This is now our first choice for WH’s

Super yomi food. Every night my ninjas & I be rolling up here to eat some scrumptious deliumptious wafflez and hash browns. Mrs. Angel & Dina be blessing us with some goated service. Mr. Tony and Lauren be cooking us some HEAT only in Ohio's grimace shake have we found such fire cooks.
