Today ordered nuggets and welldone fries, got normal/unfresh fries and a chicken sandwich with no reciept?? When I order on doordash too my order has been wrong AGAIN TWICE. Get it together yall

I try to avoid giving negative reviews as I feel that all places can have bad days, but every single time I come to this site I'm left disappointed. Visited the drive through on Saturday afternoon, no queue but still had to wait for an age to be served. Waited at the payment window without a person in sight only then to be waved on to the collection window. OK fine, that happens the server managed then carried out the entire transaction without uttering a word. I was in the middle of asking if ketchup and mayo was in the bag when the window was firmly shut. Unsurprisingly the order was light two kids fries and drinks. Never again, trust me and spend your money elsewhere.

Please consider re-training the folks working the drive-thru and the cooking line. They don’t talk into the mic and when you ask them to repeat what they said, it goes from a whisper to belligerently shouting. My radio was off and no one in my car was talking. The food is either cooked in advance or not properly thawed now. The burgers buns are now hard, the fries are stale, and soggy. The only thing that tasted good was the frosty which they had to make on the spot. Very rude and 0 interactions with a worker friendly.

I normally come to this Wendy’s and today was my last time. The fries are always cold and i always have to have someone remake them for me. And the service isn’t always the best. There’s a girl in there that had braids and a bonnet on in the drive through that was very rude. They gave me a Dave’s single burger with the bun that was still frozen in the center. Literally my burger felt cold. I called up there to let them know and I already drove off being 15 min away. When i called, the same young lady answered the phone with an attitude. When i asked for the manager, she kept saying “yes i am” and yelled it over the phone. I asked if she was the manager acting like this on the phone with a customer. She then put the actual store manager on the phone. Why would you answer the phone lying about who you are and then start yelling saying that you are the manager? This is unacceptable. I’m never coming back to this location and I’m beyond disappointed in the staff and management. Treat people better.

Saturday afternoon and the lady in the drive through taking order was super rude. I literally had to tell her , you are loud and then she changed her tone . The food came out not properly cooked so can’t finish eating it . The two other employees were nice , two guys who gave the food and receipt . Sorry don’t try this location , you won’t be happy .

I placed my order 3 times at the drive thru but then when I got to the window they ask if I ordered something totally different than I ask for. When I said no and ask how many times do I need to repeat myself the woman said we just trying to get it right for you with this very belligerent attitude! Be careful when you order here at the kiosk. I order 4 times and I only get 3 order. I went to the manager and ask her where is my other order she said she never get it. I show my transaction but she said is pending. So I went home frustrating and wait until my bank show me a clear transaction. I’m going to add a pic to my 4 clear orders. Unfortunately when you order at the kiosk at Wendy’s the machine don’t give you a receipt. I already mail customer service because is not only the manager rejected give me my order her attitude was very ugly and NOT kind. This incident happened on March 18 around 5:30 pm in this location.
