Nuggets were cold and hard as rocks. Like they found they laying behind the fryer. Fries cold. Junior bacon cheeseburger cold. Stale buns. Made a point to up-charge me 70¢ for a second sauce and didn’t have the sauce in the bag had to pull back through for it. Worst Wendy’s in America. Would give it a 0 if I could.

Just have no words. This is my first time in Wendy's because they said there are fast...They took so long for just fries and a chicken nuggets... and I order two drinks and they did not give me straws and when I wanted to go inside the doors were locked.

Actually surprised at the quality of the chicken wrap. Everything was fresh and tasted great. Fries were fresh and crispy.
Tea tasted weird, like they hadn't cleaned the earn.

Person taking drive thru orders named Jayla - HORRIBLE customer service. Wendy’s - check your cameras and train your staff better. I’m just ordering food for my kids on this beautiful Sunday and in such a happy mood and have no idea why you felt the need to be so RUDE and disrespectful. Thank you to Rocio for being sweet enough to somewhat cover for her!

Been going to this wendys for YEARS and they've always been really good but recently the food has been trash. Today ordered nuggets and welldone fries, got normal/unfresh fries and a chicken sandwich with no reciept?? When I order on doordash too my order has been wrong AGAIN TWICE. Get it together yall

I try to avoid giving negative reviews as I feel that all places can have bad days, but every single time I come to this site I'm left disappointed.
Visited the drive through on Saturday afternoon, no queue but still had to wait for an age to be served. Waited at the payment window without a person in sight only then to be waved on to the collection window. OK fine, that happens the server managed then carried out the entire transaction without uttering a word. I was in the middle of asking if ketchup and mayo was in the bag when the window was firmly shut. Unsurprisingly the order was light two kids fries and drinks.
Never again, trust me and spend your money elsewhere.

Please consider re-training the folks working the drive-thru and the cooking line.
They don’t talk into the mic and when you ask them to repeat what they said, it goes from a whisper to belligerently shouting. My radio was off and no one in my car was talking.
The food is either cooked in advance or not properly thawed now.
The burgers buns are now hard, the fries
are stale, and soggy. The only thing that tasted good was the frosty which they had to make on the spot. Very rude and 0 interactions with a worker friendly.

I normally come to this Wendy’s and today was my last time. The fries are always cold and i always have to have someone remake them for me. And the service isn’t always the best. There’s a girl in there that had braids and a bonnet on in the drive through that was very rude. They gave me a Dave’s single burger with the bun that was still frozen in the center. Literally my burger felt cold. I called up there to let them know and I already drove off being 15 min away. When i called, the same young lady answered the phone with an attitude. When i asked for the manager, she kept saying “yes i am” and yelled it over the phone. I asked if she was the manager acting like this on the phone with a customer. She then put the actual store manager on the phone. Why would you answer the phone lying about who you are and then start yelling saying that you are the manager? This is unacceptable. I’m never coming back to this location and I’m beyond disappointed in the staff and management. Treat people better.

Please don’t even go closer to this store and the staffs are very rude and she was literally shouting at me when I asked some questions about the menu.. ll never stop by here again
