We went through the drive-thru late the other night. The person working the drive-thru never said hello or even addressed that we existed. He just took my card, swiped it, handed it back, and closed the drive-thru window until they had our food, which they just handed to me and closed the window for good. I'm a little old fashioned, but I expect a Hi, good evening, thanks for choosing Wendy's, etc. If you're going to work in this service industry, drop your attitude...
