i’ve ordered a few times since this location has opened, and there's always been an issue with my food. First, they don't really season the fries or wings. i’ve ordered Cajun fries before and they come out just not seasoned at all. They barely put any lemon pepper on the wings and the last two times I have upgraded my fries to a large, they’ve been the same exact size as the medium. I know this store just opened and maybe working out some kinks, but I don’t know why the lack of seasoning is a constant issue.
I couldn't even try the food because the poor kid at the register either had no idea how to enter an order, or there was something wrong. First, we repeatedly asked to NOT have combos. Then, after barely getting through the order, he read it back and EVERYTHING was a combo. So, he cleared it off and we started over. But then he just couldn't get anything straight.
I am 100% supportive of people with various abilities working in various roles, but they need to be properly trained and equipped to do their job effectively. This kid was set up for failure. It's a huge sign of bad management. If you read the other bad reviews here, you'll see the same pattern. Clearly the owner either doesn't care and/or doesn't know how to run a restaurant.
Go to the many other wing places instead.

I just received our delivery but only 1 of 3 bags! Extremely disappointment as the food was already cold. I am under the weather and now have to drive to the store to have them remake the entire order. I tried calling multiple times to no availability.

Food was fresh and service was awesome! Super friendly staff and store is kept very very clean. This is the only wingstop I have been to that is this way. I’ll definitely be back!!

Fantastic experience! My order pickup time got messed up on Grubhub and the GM (forgot his name sorry!) made everything right. Tossed in a free brownie with my order! Food was still good and I really appreciated their understanding. I’ll be coming here a lot!

The best Wingstop by far! Wings were perfectly made and no mistakes on my order. The atmosphere was clean and tidy no messes which is rare for other locations I been to. As I have worked in the food industry I know how chaotic it can be especially when it's football season! However, my order came out in 25 minutes when there was a huge line waiting. Other locations like Duluth I would wait for 45 minutes for my wings and they would be cold. 10/10 will come here even though this is a further location from me. Store manager is doing a great job! Keep it up!!!

8 piece combo. Each wing had freezer burn. Atomic was not spicy and smelled like Zoo Atlanta. Fries were good and they give a decent amount of blue cheese in the single serving cup. My first time ever trying Wingstop. Would not recommend.

Horrible experience went for the first time and saw the workers weren’t wearing any gloves or any sanitary equipment. They made me wait for over half an hour and they were standing around talking instead of trying to make the food other customers were even saying they were taking long on top of that when I got my food I didn’t see my lemon pepper wings that I have order I gotten a 15 piece with lemon pepper bbq and mild and some fries but I didn’t receive my lemon pepper so I walked back in asking for my money back they told me bring back the food so they could check it so they grabbed my food searched my food with NO GLOVES they separated my wing and hid my lemon pepper under my bbq wings but my mild were separate? And that’s why I thought I didn’t get my wings but on top of that u separated my other wings and mix my other ones??? They tried offering me vouchers but I definitely was never gonna go back after that experience 1st time last time poor management in my point of view and others I heard complaining one lady a customer even spoke to me and was telling me how long and bad the workers are and not only that they couldn’t even put my food in the bag right so when I reached in the bag my whole hand and car and the bag were covered in mild sauce I most definitely wouldn’t recommend going here when those horrible nasty workers that don’t even work but still get paid for doing absolutely nothing overall horrible experience you most definitely will never see me back here again the flavor is basic and they overcharge I definitely recommend getting wings from another places I thought I was coming for a good experience and didn’t bad first and last time here.

Thank you for opening this store! I'm so glad it's finally open. I just ordered for the first time from this location and the wings are the best I've had in this area. Cooked fresh and the perfect size, not too big or too small. Had plenty of sauce and the price was reasonable. The staff was prompt and friendly. I highly recommend getting your wings here. Special thanks to Kimberly who took my order and had it bagged up with my name on it ready to hand it to me when I walked back in the door.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I have to speak on my experience at this new Cumming Wingstop location. My family and I were genuinely excited when this store opened near our home, and we’ve supported it multiple times. Unfortunately, the management and customer service are beyond disappointing.
On my recent visit, my order sat on the shelf for over 10 minutes without anyone calling my name, even though I had already given it to the staff twice. I watched the employees standing around, talking, laughing, and paying more attention to each other than to customers. By the time someone finally realized it was my order, the food was cold. When I brought this up politely, the response was robotic: “we can only remake the fries.” Even after asking multiple times to speak with the manager (Bailey), he avoided coming up until I insisted. When he finally did, his demeanor was dismissive and unprofessional, and he still refused to remake the food properly.
To make matters worse, when I requested a refund, I was told the manager (Bailey) didn’t know how to process one. Instead, I had to write down my name and number and was told I’d get my money back the “next day” when the store manager (Oscar) came in. So I left without food, without a refund, and without a single genuine apology.
This is unacceptable. If management cannot ensure basic customer service, accountability, or even the ability to process a refund, then this store is not ready to operate. I hope Wingstop’s corporate team takes notice, because this experience reflects poorly on the brand.

The BEST (fast food) blue cheese dressing/sauce around! Most other places (non fast food), I tend to have to additional blue cheese at home.
